    Do not use this company Worst pet insurance company around. Do not pay claims and every time you call they tell you another lie. I have a claim for over $5000.00 due to my dog tareing her ACL and having to have surgery. First they denied my claim saying that the accident happen before my insurance took affect. Which was a lie I had insurance 2 years before the accident happen. They the resubmitted it and said it was approved and had listed what my check would be. Their customer service rep ***** said on July 25th I would have my check in 10 days. Then all of a sudden the amount they were paying me was not listed anymore and went from completed too needs approval so I called again and ***** said she would call me back after she talked to the claims manager. Well I got Email from ***** on Aug 16th not a call and she said the claim will be paid in 10 day *** again. Needless to say the claim is still not paid. All they do is lie to you.
