      This year I cancelled my subscription and they billed Me after cancellation. When I paused my subscription they appear to have changed it to an old account email that was not in use. Last year they were double charging me. They wouldnt resolve the issue and I was unable to get them to stop charging me. I was not able to get the accounts cancelled. Ive never had to call a company so many times. Eventually I did a stop payment order through my bank because they would not stop charging.I like what they offer but their is something wrong with their billing system. I went back to using them this year and since canceling I am expecting them not to stop charging. I am hoping not to have to resolve this through my bank again.

      I am a 62 + year resident of *****, *******. And, a long term 7 day a week Home Delivery subscriber of the Ne York Times. Of late, the ** Times ********************* has repeatedly failed to deliver the Wednesday issue of the ** Times. Credits have been applied for missed papers. On occasion, the Sunday issue of the ** Times has not been delivered. Should you be contemplating a Home Delivery subscription of the ** Times, you should except service delivery issues & failures. *** ********************* of *** ** Times for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, ******************* are delivered by the **** to my mailbox. I have asked on the telephone each time I report a missed paper to have the service delivery failure escalated to a supervisor for resolution. I have yet to hear from a ** Times Home Delivery supervisor. Caveat premptor subscriber beware.

      I recently subscribed to the *** to get digital access and the Sunday paper. I received my paper the second week (I didnt contact them about my first missing paper because I figured it took a while for my deliveries to start). The second and third weeks, I received the ******* Times Union instead of the Sunday New York Times. Both times, I reported the delivery problem. Polite customer service agents assured me that they would have a copy of the Sunday *** delivered that day. I never received those redeliveries. I reported those problems, and was given $5 credits for those weeks, but I would have preferred my paper. The second customer service person I talked to told me that they would investigate why I continued to receive the wrong paper, but that seems untrue, since the new copy he promised me never showed up. I was a bit hesitant to purchase this subscription, as my mother had experienced delivery issues before, but that was decades ago. She had not received her papers, tried to report it and cancel her subscription, but was then threatened with a lawsuit for stopping her payments. My experience hasnt been that bad, but it is disappointing to have the exact same problems with a wrong delivery and then a redelivery that never materialized. Whoever is in charge of physical distribution needs to get their act together.
