We have discontinued this customers enrollment in the book series and cancelled any unpaid invoices. The customer may keep the book and should disregard any further invoices that may be in process for that book.

Subscribed for my mother. She was not reading it. I canceled the subscription and have been charged the last five months. Do not use a credit card. No customer service number available. What a scam!

My elderly father received a book called A Year in the Country in the mail the he did not order. It came with an invoice requesting payment. I called to contest it and they claimed he ordered it February of last year (over a year ago). My dad doesnt talk on the phone, deal with his mail, or use postage stamps so this is extremely unlikely. It turns out this is a subscription that would send him a book a month and charge $42 each time which totals about $500 a year!Customer service claims they have discontinued his subscription and he does not have to pay for the book he was sent, but it seems like a practice that could take advantage of the elderly.

They keep sending me books I never ordered and never responded to my email despite stating they would. Now they are threatening me with collection. And they never sent the gift subscription as offered with renewal. Needless to say I'm finished with Readers Digest

On September 13, 2024, we received an order from the customer for a book in the Fiction Favorites book series. As stated in the offer, when ordering this book, the customer would automatically be enrolled to preview other books in the series for a 30-day period with no obligation to buy and the option of canceling membership at any time. The book was shipped September 20, 2024. The next books were shipped November 18, 2024, and January 13, 2025. Instead of returning the books to us, we would like the customer to keep them with our compliments. We have cancelled the balance due there is no further obligation. We have discontinued the book series.

I have been receiving several magazines that I do not want. I was offered free subscriptions when I bought something else on the internet. Along with those I received some that I DID NOT WANT. I have tried to cancel these and I am still receiving them and still being charged for them. I have attempted to call and received a message that the number was unavailable. I have informed the credit card company that I did not authorize these charges and requested a refund. Please stop sending all of these magazine and do not contact me ever again.

6 months ago Approximately , I received a unsolicitednbook from Reader's Digest. When paying the invoice by mail, I wrote on the invoice "No more books" Despite that notation they sent another book, in addition to the book they sent a 2nd payment notice with the book . I notified them via email to send a return label as I was refusing delivery. No label after 1 week of waiting. I put the book in the mail hoping the *********** will return it since I didn't open it and marked upon it "Return to sender, Delivery refused." I also subscribe to their magazine. My subscription runs out next month sometime , as of Saturday's mail I didn't receive my January issue which is about 2 weeks over due plus I never received December's issue. I canceled my account with ********************!

We have subscribed to Reader’s Digest for many years and have also gifted subscriptions to some family members. The magazine is arriving later and later each issue. We received our December 2024/January 2025 issue a week before Christmas. In addition to the delay in delivery we are constantly being billed for the subscriptions up to a year before they are scheduled to expire. This is badgering the customer and I believe they are trying to extort money that is not currently owed them.
