      this site is a scam! I ordered a pair of shoes and never received a single response nor the shoes! This site needs to be shut down. I was able to turn it into Paypal for a refund. They are Thieves!

      Awful ****************** Never order from them!! I ordered my size sneaker and received an email with another size. I called immediately and the representative told me that she would fix the problem right away. Then I receive an email saying sorry no changes allowed. I then sent an email within 1 hour to cancel the order. No response, so I called to ask for a supervisor, all the same day. He wasnt available but he sends me an email saying sorry no cancellation. This company is awful!!! Never have I seen such terrible customer service.

      The shoes I ordered at a great sale price, showed slip on in picture but when they came they had laces and ran way large. They said easy returns but they would not return my shipping and would charge a **** return fee. I paid ***** but would only get ***** back. So much for easy returns. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because I have bought many easy spirit shoes over the years and loved them. This was the first pair I attempted to return. I will just donate the shoes. They have lost a good customer.

      Easy spirit shoes are NOT EASY to return. They use ***** to process the return and ship it back but that is the only convenient part of returns. They say they charge $6.95 but you are charged additional $9.99. I don't care how many "sales" they have I won't order direct from them ever again.

      Horrible company who doesnt stand by their products! They use bait and switch tactics to make you take their product with making it even harder to return their product for a full refund! Buyer beware!

      I spoke with a representative on July 3rd regarding the shoes my stepfather purchased incorrectly last year. He was very sick last year with cancer treatments and it was difficult tracking the incorrect purchases he made as he deleted everything; the order confirmation, the shipping notice and anything else that was associated with the purchase. I have the Easy Spirit, **** size 7 shoes in perfect condition and would like to return them to you. Please consider sending me the information needed to do so.The purchase was made in January 2023 as he was in physical therapy to regain balance and strength from his many falls, *** and cancer surgeries and radiation.Easy Spirit replied with a copy of their return policy and chose to not return these shoes. I find this response quite disappointing given our situation. As a family supporting him through his cancer diagnosis and treatment, I do believe ***** should be given for this return. Due to the health concerns of my stepfather and my mom in 2022, we started packing their home in January of 2023 to sell their home of approx. 20 years and move them closer to us. They were living 4 hours from us. Returning the shoes was not made a priority. They are 77 years old and need our assistance to maintain a healthy, safe lifestyle. Falling was a problem for both of them, Easy Spirit shoes have been their favorite brand for years of comfort and stability. I do plan on blocking your webpage from their computers and if shopping in stores, Easy Spirit shoes will be avoided. You have lost our family as customers.Do Better Easy Spirit!

      I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from easy spirit in January 2023, went to return shoes within two days and couldnt get a return scan and waited for 3 months to get a return label. I returned the shoes march 22 and have not had a refund yet. It shows on website the shoes are returned but I dont have my money back. Multiple emails sent to customer service and they respond it will take a few days. Then they said they issued a credit in an email which I never got. Buyer beware this is the worst customer service ever

      Easy Spirit stole my money.Bought 5 pair of shoes for my elderly mother with the assumption i would return what didnt fit or she didnt want, if the returning wasnt bad enough, they charged me $6.95 for each pair to return then issued me e gift cards for future purchases, a year later im trying to use the gift cards and they tell they expired. WTH!. No where did it say they expired in a year, and when i called they in no way wanted to help me, just said, yes, im sorry. Bad bad customer service! So im out $70 that they pocketed. Terrible! I will never purchase from this company again

      Wish Id read the reviews first. Trying to return a pair of shoes that do not fit at all. They dont refund your shipping, and charge you a processing fee to return something. So they make money off of you regardless. Email to customer service goes unanswered.

      Called customer service after my shoes hadn't shipped after 8 days. They couldn't tell me anything. They had no shipping info and couldn't tell if they were on back order. Said I could wait another week and then cancel. Very poor service. Won't order again.
