      I never subscribed to email marketing but I get 4-8 emails every day. I went through their unsubscribe link on their website which goes to a nonfunctioning page. I do not have an account with them so I never requested emails from them. Emailing them directly or through their website asking to be removed from their email distribution has failed and no one has replied and I still receive emails constantly with no way to have them stop

      Date of purchase 3/24/25 I purchased a pair of shoes and paid $54.27. The system during checkout used my old address on file and I changed it to my current one but only my billing address changed. I realized immediately of the error and emailed them, I received a response by AI in which they said they could not change the address. I did not call customer service since it was after business hours, I called the following morning and was told the same thing that theyre unable to change the shipping address. I feel that as a business they should care about their customer service, it seems like a minuscule change, especially if I contacted them immediately. I have never had such poor customer service with any other company for example *******. As a military family I am very disappointed that they could not chnage the delivery address for us. The representative advised me to return the shoes, I can not return shoes I cant even pick up if Im in a different state. I do not recommend anyone to shop online through them. A simple error could cost you because this company does not care about their customers. The product isnt even arriving till 8-12 business days.

      I placed an order 11 days ago. The delivery expectation was 8-10 days. My order hasn't even shipped out yet. I contacted the business last week and they assured the order would be shipped out within 24 hours, that didn't happen. I contacted them again today, and got the same response. I requested cancellation and refund as my grandkids need the shoes now, not in 2 months, and they refused.

      Bought a pair of Stride Rite shoes online through the Stride Rite website. Little did i know that I was actually buying shoes from someplace called Vida Shoes International. After looking into why my package had not even shipped, days after I placed my order, I came across this information. This was the first time I have ever ever bought Stride Rite shoes online and it will be my last. I believe that if customers are buying ********************** through a brand website, yet the well established "good name" of that brand no longer applies because that brand is actually now another company that is deception. Vida Shoes should be required, by law, to visibly have their name plastered all over Stride Rite's website so that customers are well informed about who they are doing business with.Requested a refund as I was completely unaware I was doing business with an entity named Vida Shoes International. Package has not even shipped almost a week later so this request could be done but is being ignored by Vida Shoes International. Vida Shoes only responed telling me that they do not know when the package will even ship, although they had the nerve to chage my credit card days ago.

      Chaco sandals did not honor their warranty. I contacted them and provided the documentation but they have refused to honor their warranty.

      Notified over 3 weeks ago to remove my email address from their subscriptions list. I had never signed up for their emails and to date I am receiving approx. 4-5 emails per 24 hour period. CAN-SPAM act obviously doesn't seem to apply to Wolverine (the company that has Cat Footwear on it's webpage as one of its products). I have requested directly and again it goes unanswered. I have no choice now but to issue a complaint via BBB as well as sending the same information to the *** in the hope that it stops.

      I have requested on numerous occasions for my email to be removed from subscription. I have not been able to reach the business by email (at least a dozen times, no response, nor have they removed my email from their list), phone (nobody answers, can't leave a message), and there is no physical address to send correspondence to. I have literally been attempting to get off of this list for over a year; that's all I actually want. I even got online and tried to do the chat feature and the feedback feature; neither of which pop up for use. Please help, and thanks so much!

      I made a single purchase at merrell.com on May 17. I did not create a user account (checked out as guest). I started receiving marketing emails immediately. I followed the unsubscribe instructions in the email 5+ separate times. I continued to receive 1-3 marketing emails EVERY DAY. On May 23 I contacted the company's privacy team via the email address in their privacy policy. I have not received a response. I continue to receive 1-3 marketing emails per day from *******.

      My Chaco sandals are defective, violate California and Federal implied warranty of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose and injured my feet. I have pictures of the injuries. ***** denied replacing my sandals and compensating me in any manner for medical treatment.
