      I will never give Foot Locker my business again after this terrible experience. I ordered three pairs of shoes and used Apple Pay at checkout. Unfortunately, ***** Pay defaulted to an old shipping address, even though I had entered my new address during the process.When I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to update the address or cancel the order through the Foot Locker website, but neither option was available. Over the next three days, I contacted Foot Lockers customer service multiple times and received conflicting information each time. I was advised to contact the courier ******* to either place the shipment on hold at a drop-off location or update the shipping address directly through them.However, after speaking with ****** it became clear that Foot Lockers shipping restrictions prevented ***** from making any changes. ***** informed me that only Foot Locker could authorize such modifications. I relayed this back to Foot Locker, and two different customer service agents assured me they had contacted ***** to remove the restrictions and hold the package.Despite these assurances, ***** repeatedly told me no such requests had been submitted. The back-and-forth was infuriating. Foot Locker blamed *****, and ***** couldnt do anything due to Foot Lockers policies.Mistakes happen, but there should be a way to fix them. I was constantly told these restrictions exist because of fraud concerns, but not everyone is committing fraud. If fraud does occur, surely there are systems and insurance in place to handle it. Im just a paying customer trying to ensure my $200 order isnt lost or stolen. This experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and a complete failure of customer service on *********************** part. I would advise any and everyone to stay away from shopping with Foot Locker online. If you need to shop with them, do it instore only.

      I ordered boots off of foot lockers website they were delivered ***** left them outside of my building. When I got home they were gone, I called foot locker to get a refund they told me that they had to put in a complaint to investigate this before they can refund me my money back. Their customer service is terrible!. No one speaks English. Trying to get a manager is the worst. I had to dispute this payment with my bank.

      Christmas was only 4 days ago and I had bought some ******* for my husband less than a month ago on Black Friday for his Christmas present. Today I came to exchange sizes for the same style and color of shoe because the shoes I purchased fit too small. The disappointment I had was that a manager couldnt do the exchange without me paying for the full price of the shoe. This is something important to know because everyone shops on black Friday for Christmas present but foot lockers policy and poor management dont care about the customers and only care to make their money somehow. Everyone be careful when buying anything on sale at the willowbrook footlocker in *******, **.

      I dealt with one of the managers, ******* at this foot locker location. I went in to hopefully make an exchange for the correct size, but they did not have the style. When I tried to return the shoes, ****** said that she would exchange them for me but she would not be returning them, which does not make sense. She claims that they were worn. How could she Exchange these but not return them? It seems really cruel and that she was making the situation very difficult for me. Im not sure if her store gets marked if they have returns and it goes against their sales, but this is unacceptable. I went to another foot locker and returned these with absolutely zero issue. This should never happen. It was also very hard to get in touch with anybody to help resolve the situation. She offered me zero solutions and forced to me drive to another store. I also asked if I could be in contact with the ** or district manager, and she said that she would not allow me to have their information. She did not even offer them to contact me. Nothing about the experience was helpful or courteous of my time. There are a lot of hoops to jump through when reaching out to **************** to get some help about the situation. They offered for me to be able to mail them back to return them but it would cost me six dollars or I could try to go to another store.. I did file a complaint with foot locker as well but the whole experience was so inconvenient and really felt cruel with how difficult trying to make a return became.

      I placed an online order for shoes and they were too small. I went to a local store, they had never seen the shoes before and did not have them in stock but offered to initiate an exchange for a larger size. We received the new shoes but the sizing was still uncomfortable and initiated an online refund. I sent the shoes back, took 2 weeks to process the return and another week for me to get through to someone to find out that for the refund I must got to a physical store for the refund. The original order and return was online....Now I wait another week or more for a paper check to be issued.I have put in several tickets, tried to get through on chat but no one is ever available or gets back to you. I will NEVER work with footlocker again! They have lost a customer with 4 children and countless shoe sales.

      I have bought shoes and I was trying to wear them but they were very uncomfortable. I wanted to return then but I passed 45 days return window. When I finally wanted to wear them again I still could not figure out why 1 shoes is hurting me so much. I finally checked the sizes of the shoes and they were 2 different sizes. Called customer service and leadership person and foot locker wont return my money. I feel like they quality controls failed and I should not be penalized for their error no matter if 45 days for return has passed.

      I literally placed an order today, and two hours later I noticed that my old address was listed as the shipping address. I immediately called to update my address and was told once the order is placed, no adjustments can made. So now that I've spent my money, I have to figure out how to intercept my own package. This is ridiculous, last time using their stupid online ordering.

      Footlocker is not selling quality **** shoes. Go to a **** shoe store and compare the quality of their shoes, same price, but superior quality to what you get at Footlocker!

      I ordered two pairs of shoes March the 8th I have not received the shoes and they do not want to refund me my money back
