      I am so frustrated and simply over it! They lose my package and notifiying me after 2 weeks . Remind you I have been trying to connect with them on their chat which takes a while. Im never ordering online from them

      I bought a shoes from their online website. The item was defective and returned it the next day and they sent the same item back to me denying to return for exchange or refund. Do not believe what they say. Their customer service is absolutely disaster!!! I dont recommend them at all. Save your money and go to legit stores.

      I have been a longtime customer of ********************** for quite some time and I find it very frustrating that when you are using services like Klarna, Afterpay, or Pay in Four they make it so difficult for you to use the service. My order has been cancelled a numerous number of times due Footlockers verification process and I am fed up with their service. All information that I have provided was indeed correct and accurate but my orders still seem to get rejected. During this time, I am frustrated with their service and wanted to put this out here for other consumers to be aware of their process because its not fair that money is being taken and we as consumers have to wait because of a system generated failure that they state cant be override. This shows complete disregard for their consumers and this must stop. I will no longer be a patron of Footlocker.

      I ordered 2 track suits from their online store and only received one without an order or tracking info. I called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about my lost funds. Please be careful when purchasing anything online from this business.

      My son needed some basketball shoes, ****** Next Generation size ******************************* the store per website. However they were not in store so we ordered them in store. When they came in the mail, we got 1 shoe being size 10 1/2 and the other 9 1/2. I had to go in store to reorder and the customer service was horrible. The sales associate got an attitude as if i messed up the order. Now my son wont have his shoes in time for basketball. Im hoping to get right size this time but will not be reordering online.

      Got a email from footlocker about some deals. I ordered a pair of **** 95 and my money was instantly taken. A few moments after I received a email the order was canceled. **************** is poor on details so 100 dollars was just waist. This online Stat of this company should be removed if they can not take any purchases. They need better customer service also ************************** is somewhat a scam if no actions is taken you will not hear from them

      They made me purchase 1 pair of shoes for my baby for Christmas 2 times because there machine messed up told me that Ill receive my money in 5-7 days which is really wrong they could have gave me my money back right but they said the charge wouldnt go through which it did so basically they stole money from my account and telling me i have to wait too get it back Im very upset and it almost messed up my child Christmas be careful making purchases in store at champs sport use cash please

      I purchased Converse running shoes as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I never received them and received no email. A couple weeks later, I tracked my order,only to find the transaction has been canceled! They took my $$ ,sent me nothing to inform me of this. I called them and they said wait 3-4 days and I should have my refund. Still, 2 weeks later, I have not a dime from them ! They said they were OUT OF STOCK. I wonder why they wouldn't tell me that when I ordered?

      I do not want to be forced into handing My email out in a line of people. I also dislike being told by your staff, that if I refuse to give My email, I cant have a receipt.Last time shopper
