      This company is a scam!!!!
      I order new pair of shoes and they sent me used shoes. Not even that they try o play a game buy we will evaluate the shoes, so they based on reviews would deny return and advised that shoes was used by me. It’s a Scam company.

      I Bought shoes not realizing that they only had men's sizes tried to return them right away, but no one was available in their chat system, I emailed them no response, called them and was advised that even though the item wasn't shipped and that the next day was a federal holiday they still wouldn't cancel it. I won't use their service again in the future.
      Also if you use ****** you can't return the item at a store you have to ship it back to them.

      would like to put 0 or .5 stars because of their online purchasing and complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I've spent much over the yrs in this store but never again.

      I just want to let anyone know who is ordering from this company know that if you are ordering online you only have 1 hour to cancel an order no exception or else you have to wait til ************** to you to stop it or you receive it to return it. They dont tell you anything about this when you make a purchase that you have a certain time limit. So if you make a purchase make sure its something you definitely want.

      If you make a mistake on the shoe size and immediately email them (within three minutes of hitting buy) Foot Locker does not allow any changes or to cancel the order. You can pay $15.00 to return the shoes. **************** like this makes you a one time customer.

      I saw an ad on my ** timeline about a sale on ****** Top Tens. I am a huge fan of ****** shoes and I purchased 2 pairs. I received my package in about 5 days. I was so disappointed when I opened the box and there was 1 pair and only 1 right shoe in the 2nd box. I called footlocker to inquire about my missing left shoe the rep immediately tried to blame *****. I explained to him the package was in great condition and had not been tampered with. He stated he would call the store and see if perhaps they had the missing shoe. He put me on hold and called the store he came back after about 10 minutes and stated he called the store repeatedly and received no answer. The rep suggested I call back the next day. The next day I called foot Locker again and a rep who clearly didnt want to be at work answered the phone mumbling and speaking in a low voice. I explained my situation again and he put me on hold for ********************************************************* touch with the store and they indeed had the missing left shoe. He stated they would mail it and asked did I need anything else. At that point I was over his unprofessional attitude so I request to speak with a supervisor. The Supervisor was pleasant and stated she would reach out to the store and get a tracking number. I waited and she came back and said the store was busy and they would reach out to me with the tracking number later. An employee from the store called me the next day to give me the tracking number. I said fine and I thanked her. Her response was yeah alright. After a couple of days I went to ***** and *** website and the number didnt exist. I tried **** and it stated the package was on the way. After about 5 days I checked the package was held up cause they had the wrong address. I received a beat up box with a dirty shoe 2 days later. Of the 4 people not one said sorry for your inconvenience. I will never shop with Footlocker again.

      Shoe fanatic!!!....i own over 400 pairs of jordans!!....I won the raffle from Sept 2nd for the retro 6s Georgetowns..they confirmed I won sent me an email then returned my money 3dYs later then on the 8th today...they charged my card again and 5 mins later sent me an email saying the shoes where sold out!! I'm beyond ****** off I win the raffles everytime I never had this issue the Georgetown 6s were exclusive smh I will NEVER BUY FROM FOOTLOCKER AGAIN!!! I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else where I'm valued!

      I ordered shoes for my son as school was starting soon. I kept the shoes tucked away until yesterday to have them try them on since I remembered I ordered two different sizes. The **** was fitting just right and he wouldnt be able to wear them long so so decided to return them. I called Footlocker and spoke to a female rep and explained the situation. She told me she could request an exchange and she emailed me a return label. I went to *** and returned them later that day. This morning i contacted Footlocker to see how long it would take for the exchange to process. The first rep seemed sleepy or just not interested and I explained to him in the past they sent the exchange shoes out when the label was showing the return was done. He disagreed and since he already seemed uninterested I asked to speak to a manager. BIG MISTAKE. **** (mgr number *****) got on the phone and I explained how I purchased the wrong size shoe, etc. He replies by saying well first you said the shoes were defective now your saying the wrong size. I NEVER SAID THAT. I said wait what? When was that said?! He said the rep that transferred me to him said that. I said well thats false and how matter of fact he was with it irritated me. He didnt apologize for the misunderstanding or anything. Not only that, he states that returns must be made within 45 days of purchase. Ok fine, I did that. I sent the shoes off yesterday and Im sure they can see the label was scanned. He tells me that the shoes have to be received at their facility by Sunday! Where on the receipt when you purchase the shoe does it say that?? I said well I cant be responsible for *** and how fast they take. I also said Ive spoke to two reps why am I just now hearing this. I shouldnt have to call multiple times to get correct information. I said one call resolution should always be in effect and the reps should explain everything in the first call. He replies that I shouldve looked on the site. No accountability as a manager.

      I purchased a pair of **** Metcon 7 trainers from the ******.com website on July 4, 2022 for $104. ****** is owned by Footlocker.All over the website, it says Free Shipping. When the trainers were delivered, they were too small. I immediately requested an exchange for a larger size and sent them back to ******.I kept checking their website to see if my exchange was being processed. There was no information at all on the website other than my original order. It was at least 3 weeks for them to credit my credit card. I saw that $6.99 was deducted from my balance. I called ****** and asked why the deduction. They said that they do not charge for shipping if it is an exchange but, since they did not have the new size in inventory, it is considered a refund and charge their customers' credit cards $6.99. The lack of inventory is not the customers' fault. I am requesting that the $6.99 be credited to my credit card.
