      I tried to purchase 2 pairs of shoes on Footlocker.com. I input my credit card info, address, signed in to website on my **** PC submit my payment and received an order number. Seconds later my order was cancelled but the hold on my debt card was not released. I searched website called the customer care line for new orders, ******* gave me a spill that Footlocker have the right to cancel any order but not release my funds and to call my bank. I refuse to accept this answer because Footlocker could have cancelled the payment and/or return payment 1st the order would have been cancelled once the payment was cancelled. I thought Footlocker was a reputable ****************** Now a days one never knows. I won't visit there site in the future. Buyers beware!!!!!

      I've had the same issue as others. I was issued a $100 gift card for my son's birthday. When I went to use it, the system said "this gift card was reported lost or stolen" When I call the gift card balance line, they tell me that there is $100.00 on the gift card, but it's frozen, so I need to call customer service to get it released. When I call customer service, they tell me that there is a $0 balance and that there is nothing they can do. I've been on the phone for 3.5 hours. Every time I call the gift card balance line for the store, they assure me there is still $100.00 on it, but customer service won't do anything and release my card since they say it has $0 on it!!! They keep ignoring me when I tell them that the gift card balance hotline keeps assuring me the $100.00 is still there. When I ask the gift card balance people to release the funds, they say they don't have access and only customer service does. It's incredibly frustrating. They've just taken $100.00 from us. I smell a class-action lawsuit as this is apparently happening to others. We need to get in touch with each other.

      Footlocker has terrible customer service. My son was emailed a $100 gift card for a birthday gift. He was so excited to spend it and spent a month deciding on which shoes to buy. When we went to use it online the balance has changed from $100 to zero. I called customer service and was told it looks like it was stolen but theres nothing they will do to honor the gift card.

      I visited the footlocker website just to be blocked because of "suspicious" activity when I had just started looking through the inventory. What kind of website is that??

      Foot Locker has horrible customer service and are unwilling to help customers get any type of compensation. Recently, ***** mistakenly delivered the shoes I ordered to another address. I asked ***** what to do and they said Foot Locker needs to submit a claim and that they already had down in their system that the shoes are lost. Foot Locker then did an "Investigation" where they determined because they were delivered they cannot do anything more. It's absurd they cannot help their customers when issues arise. I would advise everyone to avoid Foot Locker at all costs or you could end ** in a similar situation.

      My parents recently purchased a $150 giftcard in June for Foot Locker through Afterpay, for my bday. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes. I received one but the other I sent back as an exchange for the correct size. Foot Locker not only returned the shoes, but also charged me a restocking fee, instead of exchanging it. I reached out to their ************* and they gave me back two new giftcards in the amount of $61.46 plus the $10 restocking fee. I have been unable to use the giftcard, since the shoe has been out of stock in my size. The shoe is finally back in stock in September. When I tried to use the giftcard, the balance stated it was $0. I have reached out to Foot Locker and was told the giftcard was used fraudulently on Sept 15th. I have tried getting reimbursed, however Foot Locker does not want to take responsibility or help me find out more information, regarding how my electronic giftcard was stolen.I have called/chatted with Foot Locker and they continue to either ignore or not help me fix this situation. They gave me some random Fraud number and the number never gets answered. Even when you leave a voicemail, your call is never returned.Each customer care associate gave me solutions that have led me nowhere. I was told to file a police report, go into the store to see what they can do for me since Foot Locker isn't responsible (even though it was an electronic giftcard for Foot Locker and I only used half of it online). Lastly, was told there's nothing they can do for me, but on a good note they cancelled the fraudulent charge! Yet, they wouldn't give me any info on how my card was scammed or who the individual was. Update: Never received my money back. I will NEVER shop at Foot Locker again. Their customer service is horrendous and they just take your money and don't feel bad about it.

      I paid for next day shipping **** and didn't the shoes until the following week. Requested a refund. I will never purchase nothing from sorry a** footlocker in life I will go with finishline or dicks. **************** **** and need to be retrained I purchased these as a bday gift very disappointed and I still want my dam refund

      Bad Experience, Received used pair of shoe and there is no reasonable excuse was given but offering exchange only, its seems a common practice

      Double charged my card for a pair of shoes after giving me error messages saying it was not complete. Just so happen to check my transaction history and I notice both charges.

      So I purchased a pair of new balance shoes looked nice and I received them on time but after wearing them I notice the next day the color on the back of the shoes were 2 different colors so I sent the shoes back just for an exchange I received a message saying I would have to keep the shoes because they were worn but I wouldn't have this problem if I received the correct shoes in the first place I will never purchase from them again zero stars if it was my choice
