      A home security business is charging me for a service that docent work i contacted them several times about this issue but they still won't allow me to unsubscribe and cancel my subscription.They say we have a contract but this is untrue. I would love to talk to someone about this issue my number is **********.

      I purchased a Canary Camera during Amazon Prime day June 22 of last year. The Camera came with a free subscription which I activated with Canary. I didn't use the Camera because I was unable to monitor while away from home. I stop using the camera. I even forgot I had the camera. I noticed a charge on my account for 100 dollars from Canary on July 17th. I call 5 days later to cancel. The customer service rep mentioned he would send an inquiry to management in reference my request for a refund. On Monday July 25th, I received and email stating I was downgraded to ************* and they are unable to give me a refund. I don't understand how this practice can continue. I rather donate 100 dollars versus giving it to a company for a service I will not be using. Please assist.
