    Needs ZERO stars. They are scamming and ripping people off right and left and need to be investigated and honestly shut down. Paid $100 online for a 3 day pass and never even touched a single bus. The buses either never came or were already capacity at the stop and no one got on or off. They have salesman on the street selling more tickets when they know they cant handle more people. I emailed them requesting a refund and all they offered me was another ticket. Why would I want that?? They know EXACTLY what they are doing. People work hard for their money and theyre taking it and running. ************* sad!!!! Again, they need to be thoroughly investigated!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!

    Wish I could take away zeros instead of one. Company is a joke! Never been to *** before and thought Topview would be best option to see everything. Boy were we wrong! Issues below: 1. To get assistance at the company is a joke. We were confused about the bus services and saw SEVERAL of the "salespeople" on the street trying to get people to buy tickets. We told over 20 of your people that we needed help and wanted a travel brochure so we could figure out the schedule. One male salesperson was rude stating, "I gave you a brochure but you are not buying tickets!" I stated we purchased our tickets online before we went. He still expected me to give him money for the brochure. 2. We proceeded to ask another salesperson who told me she.'s an independent contractor selling tickets and cannot help me use the service! These are representatives of YOUR company and they refuse to help customers who have already paid $350 for 3 tickets. 3. When we finally figured out which bus would take ** to ***********, at NO time did anyone tell ** you stopped running buses at 5:00 pm! We left the ************************ at 5:15, walked several blocks to get back to the stop and never saw a bus. Called CS no. to find out you stopped running at 5:00 pm. Brochure only states routes and schedules are seasonal- had to pay $40 for a taxi to get back to ************. 4. Another day, stood and waited for bus to take ** to the ************** (included in package) wait was so long ended up trying to use the subway. 1 of your employees got us lost and turned around on subway. By the time we got down there, we missed our reservation! So we had to pay $35.00 each for 3 of us to take a different cruise w/ diff. company. 5. VERY upset at the lack of professionalism by ****% of employees! For amount of money we paid, we rode the bus 2 times (and purchased 5 day tickets). 6. Emailed TopView for resolution - all we were offered-free passes. Not going back so not able to use. Why would I anyway?

    Absolutely the worst! They have hidden fees, are rude, the drivers I experienced shouldnt even be driving, & they lie. Wasted nearly $200 & theyre refusing to refund me but are offering tickets good for a year but heres the catch, its not even for the same tickets purchased!! My experience is too much to type but I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Shall I add that the customer service not only hung up on me twice but 3 times just because I was trying to explain the situation to them!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. We have 4 hours in *** and the salesman convinced ** we could do the tour and not wait more than 15 min for a bus. When we arrive at the bus stop, they were over 70 people in line. When the next bus came only three people were able to get on. We waited for over an hour. After that, we decided to go back to see the man who sold ** the tickets. We asked if we could get a refund as this clearly was not gonna work out like he had told **. He put ** in touch with the manager on his cell phone and the manager would not offer ** any refund. We were basically scammed out of $180 I wrote to customer service and they offered to let ** use the tickets within the next year. However, we live across the country and no we are near ************* and would not be able to use these tickets. I asked for a refund and they would not honor our request.Beware! baby yup. Yeah I just heard my dad.

    One of the worst tourist experiences I've ever had. Ultimately, I was charged $122 to take a bus 2 blocks. **************** is wildly unhelpful and will not make things right for you. Save your money or choose a different company. I have never written a review in my life, but this experience was so terrible I feel compelled to save the next person from suffering it. First of all, an employee at the bus stop asked us for $10 for a map. We then discovered the maps are free on the bus. A scam. The "audio tour" is mostly generic music. Nothing useful. Our driver immediately got into an accident and we exited the bus after 2 blocks. We were unable to get on a bus after that for the following reasons: Almost none of the stops are clearly marked. We had to ask street vendors for help finding them. It didn't matter anyway because we waited at 2 different stops for 45 minutes and the buses never showed up. Also the "live map" feature they claim on the website does not exist. You cannot tell where the buses are and when they will arrive.I called customer service only for them to tell me that they do not address customer service over the phone. I emailed their support address and was ignored until I disputed the charges with my credit card company. They are refusing to offer a refund and feel like $122 to go 2 blocks and have to take the subway home in the rain is fair value and the service they want to provide. This meets their standards! Buyer beware.Please choose a different company for your sightseeing needs in ***.

    We signed up for the five day package. First day went on the downtown tour got off to take the ******* boat tour. Waited in line for over two hours for a bus because they were all full or some pulled up half full and sat there no one got on and just left. Two nights later we signed up for the one hour night tour to go to *********** ****** by Central Park Etc to see Christmas lights. We got on at 6:30 pm on December 10 th. After the bus got through Times Square we were supposed to turn down by *********** ****** according to Their map. Only the bus heads downtown drives up and down random streets what we were seeing didn’t match what the audio said. Anyway we have now been on the bus for 2 1/2 hours. Then it heads over to ******** drives around and around down more random streets then heads back across the bridge. Everyone starts demanding to be taken back to Times Square only now he heads up town and drives around another hour. After 4 1/2 hours of the entire bus screening and demanding to be let of he finally lets us off 1/2 miles away from where he was suppose to. He basically held us hostage for four hours. It was 36 degrees out on a open bus on top. I complained to the company and they said because of the traffic they sometimes need to go off course. Give me a break. Someone eventually called 911 or else we may still be on the bus. Words can’t describe what we went through and the company could care less. All five us complained and got a general sorry to hear about your tour get a hold of us on the website and they did nothing. They just sell as many tickets as they can and after that they do give a crap no refunds Etc.

    If it let me give zero stars I would! The employee that sold ** the tickets blatantly lied about the running times of the buses and the wait time at the stops. We were left stranded on multiple occasions and had to take the subway or a taxi, we missed tours and when I contacted customer service they were pleasant enough but did not seem to resolve our issue.

    *** sold a down/uptown tour, sales agent advised tickets we bought were all usable up to 8 pm , did the down town section , exited at Times Square, came back at 16.10 and advised their were no more buses serving that tour area. We were a party of 8 and paid just under 800. Dollars, have e mailed company but only offer was a 8 tickets for uptown section , valid for 12 months , we did tour on Monday and were leaving new york area next day so this offer is useless, they say all sales final. But the information provided by agent was in correct , this was a trip to a family wedding and none of us will be in New york in the next 12 months.

    This is the worst company ever in history, to use their services and to work for. Top view scams not only their customers, they scam employees as well. They work their employees like slaves. The company claims to have progressive pay, yet they provide nothing. They are taking money out for lunch breaks that you do not receive. They give violations everyday that they don't tell you about. They also mislead customers and have false advertisements. A word to the wise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOT FOR EMPLOYMENT OR TO TOUR THE CITY BIG BUS IS THE BETTER WAY TO GO.
