    Wish I read these reviews! Was completely mislead as to what I was purchasing and then told I signed an agreement stating I could not ask for refund. I signed nothing (not even digitally). The seller clicked all the "necessary" buttons to make the purchase without giving me any opportunity to read ****************** Definitely not worth the cost!

    VERY UNORGANIZED AND TAKE ZERO ACCOUNTIABILITY!! Six of us did the "***************" experience and it was horrible. 1st the bus was 30 minutes late while we waited in the sun with our premium tickets.We were the second group to enter the bus because we had premium tickets, we were then asked our names and premium wrist bands were placed on our hands. When we got on the upper part of the bus, we were asked names again and were seated. All 6 of us started admiring how beautiful the decor was and didnt realize we were seated at standard tables. After about 5 minutes we realized our menu was missing certain items ( lobster rolls etc) we then brought it to the hostess attention and at that time the people who were seated at our tables were already eating our premium food. UNFORTUNATELY nothing was done about this, we were told the bus will stop for additional sandwiches and dessert but it never did. We tried to make the best of the situation, but my sister was VERY disappointed especially since we spent almost $900 on this event. Nothing was done to fix the issue, so we went to the office a block away and were told to send an email Really? Were in person but we should send an email smh. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLEEEE!! We would like a refund and this matter taken care of or our bank will have to take further actions. UNORGANIGED at its best.

    This company is a complete SCAM. I would give them ZERO stars if possible. BUYER BEWARE. Do not get suckered the way I did. I was walking down ************ and was approached by one of their employees to purchase a night time bus tour. I would told that I could make the next tour (as the bus was right across the street) if I purchased the tickets right away. Otherwise, the next bus could take me within 10 minutes. I bought the tickets and ran across the street. To my surprise, the wait was over THREE hours to get onto the bus. I went back to the vendor and requested a refund. They refused and stated that all sales were final. HORRIBLE experience. There people need to be shut down!

    **SCAM ALERT** below Zero rating! Terrible business!! Explained exactly what we were looking to see for only 1 day; the sales agent told me the best deal would be to purchase uptown and downtown ticket that would include the Ferry ride to see *****************. We purchased the tickets at 930a and we were sent a block over to catch the bus. Once arrived, we were told we could only see one part as there was a parade. I was very specific the main reason was to go to ************ and Zoo. I spent a lot of money to only go on the ferry. We had already walked the other areas the day before. Lies, lies, lies. They would not reimburse and was told they could not confirm if I would be credited. Also told we could use the bus for 24 hours. NOT TRUE. Evening not included in the purchase. Intentionally misleading!! Worst public serving company ever! *** should be ashamed to have this company representing them. I will be posting on every social media platform! They are a SCAM! ******** PUBLIC OFFICIALS should take notice!

    *** should shut this company down as it reflect terrible on the tourism industry. Topview will not provide any refund once you purchase the ticket even if they are directly at fault. They refused to provided even a partial refund when we had to wait over an hour between buses on the downtown route (one of their employees said a bus broke down), the audio tour did not work on the bus we were finally able to get on and they oversold the buses so their was no room to get on the bus. After waiting another hour we finally gave up and paid for a cab after 4 full buses passed the stop without any room to let new passengers on. If you get the ticket for the ************** TopView customers are not able to sit on the top of the boat as that is roped off for another vendor. You must stand on the rail or get one of the few seats downstairs at the back or front of the boat.

    we have been having this problem for a long time now we try to ask The top view sightseeing company to stop parking their buses in front of our business its causing a lot of problems with pedestrians walking and the big buses blocking the whole Part of the street people have to walk out to the street Just to get to where they're going

    ZERO stars. BBB this business needs to be immediately investigated and shut down. The way this scam company works is the street vendors sell tickets to every single person on the street they can muster, and the company cannot handle the volume. So what happens is you are waiting for 2 hours in line just to touch the bus. Hundreds of people on any given night, mostly unsuspecting tourists. And Despite whatever your reserved time is you show up and theres a hundred people in front of you waiting for their time that was 2 hours prior. There are no refunds and no accountability. So either you stand in the street for 2 hours plus, or forget it and forget the money you spent on the tickets. The whole thing is a sham. Its a joke of a company and the exact thing the BBB was designed to regulate. Business should not be allowed to be sold and paid for that cannot be followed through on.

    My daughter was visiting ************* for the first time and my aunt, who lives in *************, and I wanted her to have a memorable experience. When we approached the tour bus, we did not receive a warm reception from the bus driver or the other staff members. The only person who greeted us was the ticket scanner. We were told to pick up some earphones and a map. That was the last time any staff member spoke to us throughout the entire bus ride. We sat on the top deck, and we didnt hear any announcements about tour stops or the history of the locations that we were seeing. Ive been on other tour buses in the past, and there is always someone who makes announcements over the loudspeaker about what we were seeing. That person is usually very knowledgeable and personable. We didnt receive that great experience throughout the entire bus ride. The earphones are very impersonal, and we heard more music than information about the locations and the history. The only time we knew that we were stopping was when the driver abruptly stepped on the brakes. Throughout the bus ride, several people asked us how to get to their destinations. It was the worst bus ride weve ever experienced, and it definitely wasnt worth the amount of money that I paid. My aunt lives in *************, and she couldve driven us to each of those stops and given us a better tour experience than the one we received.

    Ive used several bus tours and this was by far the worst experience Ive had. While the tours were lackluster to begin with, we took the holiday lights tour on Christmas Eve, and half way through the bus stopped for 45 minutes with no communication or explanation. The driver would not let passengers off and we were on the top floor in 10 degree weather. When I contacted customer service, they said they cant predict traffic and said we should have come prepared. Traffic was moving steadily around ** and we were dressed appropriately for the conditions. We werent prepared to be held hostage and have the company take zero accountability for what appeared to be a malfunction of the bus. They eventually sent a backup bus, but the majority of the passengers refused to get on one of their buses again. Would highly advise against using this bus tour.
