    I have been a Bespoke Post customer for several years. I don't always choose to get the recommended boxes each month. Sometimes I swap to a different box and sometimes I skip the month, but I have never received a box that disappointed me. I recently moved and failed to change my delivery address to my new location. I tried to change the address with customer service, but my box had already shipped. When I was unable to have someone intercept the delivery at my old address, the exceptionally helpful folks at customer service re-shipped my delivery to my new address free of charge. That is a level of customer service that I rarely encounter and yet another reason I remain a very satisfied customer. Excellent job **********************!

    Huge selection of products, quality of everything Ive bought has been exceptional no cheap stuff, prices can be a little high but they do offer sales and discounts to members and again the quality is what stands out the most I dont mind paying a little more to get a high quality product

    I have been a member for going on 3 years. This company is absolutely excellent to do business with. They handle unique and very special items that you will not find but through them. The contact I have had with their customer representatives has been superb and any questions or concern are handled immediately.
