    I am trying to get a sweatshirt from this company and can not get any kind of an answer as to why it hasnt been sent when no customization is needed and the only responses I receive are auto generated I am so frustrated

    I have been using Bespoke Post for the last few years they have great quality products that support small businesses, they offer quick easy returns.I recently submitted my small business products for review Hopefully they have an intrest in our **********.com line of CBD ***************************** Souvenirs.I would suggest ********************** to anyone looking for quality products at a reasonable price.

    I texted Bespoke about a shipping issue. I received an auto text shortly after. Then within the hour a received a personal text. We went back and forth with a few text resolved the problem gave me a 15% discount and shipped out a new box the next day. Great customer service ??

    I had the most wonderful experience with Bespoke I was looking for something rather out of the ordinary and they ask me to send them a photo of a plastic version of what I wanted in glass.they searched and searched trying to accommodate me. I suggest Bespoke to everbody!! They are the best company ever. Thank you *****************

    I absolutely love doing business with Bespoke Post! They carry such an amazing array of unique products, from the classic and useful, to the quirky and fun. I very seldom have issues with any of my orders, but the couple of times that I did need assistance, even due to my own mistakes, I received prompt and most excellent service. I HIGHLY recommend giving Bespoke Post a try, if you haven't yet!

    I wish there were an option for ZERO stars. I signed up for Bespoke post, and I never had the option to review my box (like they claim you can). And then after a couple weeks, i recieve a box of junk. As far as im concerned, they owe me about $42.00 because everything in the box has a total value of MAYBE $5.00 - $7.00. I got a cheap notebook, an even cheaper pen, a completely useless folding knife, and a bottle opener worth maybe 50. Im not asking for a refund, or any free junk. I just want people to know that this company is advertising with LIES. They claim every box is worth $70.00... Not even close! You could add up everything i got in my box and multiply that value by 5, and still not come close to $70.00. I've seen so many bad reviews now that i got scammed. Be careful where you read their reviews because I have seen reviews that are sponsored by bespoke. Meaning that bespoke PAYS people to give them good reviews!. Please don't send your hard earned money to these thieves.

Were sorry to hear about your experience!It does look like we sent two emails in April when this box was shipped, one on the 1st and one on the 4th, to announce your box and all of the contents in it. Its really important to us to be transparent and make sure you have full control over your membership. Were really sorry you didnt see the email, perhaps it went to spam/promotions. We do also offer the ability to receive an SMS notification for your box selection. That being said, we do stand by quality of our products. Were very sorry this wasnt right for you, and were happy to offer a return for a full refund if you want to contact our support team at ******************************* or via text at **************.
