    I have had several interactions with the bespoke post customer service team and always have left with a beyond pleasant experience. They thoroughly deserve their service rating, if you are on the fence at all - give them a shot - I am certain they will not disappoint. Extremely satisfied customer.

    Bespoke Post exceeded my expectations when I texted them on the weekend about my most recent box. One of the items, actually the main item, had a defect that made not useless. There is no way to make espresso in a cast aluminum pot that has a pinhole close to base that leaks all the water out. There were no questions or in depth inquiries orb pictures required, just a quick text saying in had an issue. Within 20 minutes I had a response offering to send me a new box. I received it within a week and it was the full box of items, not just the defective one. This is a great company with great products and great customer service.

    I've now ordered over a dozen times from Bespoke post, so I've experienced a range of products and process experiences. First, Product: consistently solid, well-made clothing items that stand up to many washings and hard wear -- pants, jacket, shirts. Second, Process: Once, I put on a pair of new slippers and within a few hours one of them fell apart (it was a bad seam, it happens). When I contacted **************** with a photo of the offending slipper, they immediately issued me a credit. Another time, I ordered a size medium shirt in ABC print. What I got was a size large. When I wrote CS, I learned that the shirt I ordered was out of stock in my size. The warehouse chose to send me the print I wanted versus subbing for a different print. I did love the original color, but the size did not work. Again, when I called **************** they made the process easy. I chose a different print and they immediately shipped that new print in the correct size, while sending me a return label for the large shirt. In the end, I got what I needed, with minimum hassle. AND lest a reader think all my experience has been problematic, I just counted the number of items in my home from Bespoke Post. When I count clothing, shoes/slippers, and tools, it's about two dozen items. Clearly, I'm a fan of their curation and of their service! Male, based in midwest **.

    Best customer service I have come cross in a long time! My e-mail inquiry was answered promptly with researched answers and suggestions. The opportunity for a replacement was offered promptly with no questions asked. I decided I did not need a replacement after my questions were answered by Bespokes Posts customer service, but I know that request would have been met with promptness and courtesy. Appreciate a company with great customer service!

    I made the mistake of shipping my order to the wrong address, an address I used to live at and previously ordered from, 100% my fault. I reached out to customer service fully expecting I would have to pay full price to purchase it again. After I explained the mistake I had made, they were friendly and empathetic to my issue, and made arrangements to send out a new shipment to my correct address at no additional cost to me. Bespoke Post went above and beyond in my opinion and certainly earned my repeat business.

    Got my first two item a** in the mail. One was great one was not for me. A quick call to customer service and I had a return shipping label in my email. Was only in the *** Store for less than a minute and the return was done.
