      After being a customer for 20 years and the prices increase. I decided to close out my account. ********************** refused to send me an itemized last invoice. They kept me on the phone for over 2 hrs and would not let me talk to a supervisor and tried to charge me $7 dollars to send a copy. Kept giving me the run around. It should not be allowed for them to do this. Still refused to let us speak to a supervisor. No resolution terrible customer service.

      Purchased internet service from Verizon, one of the perks was a Free ******* TV. The TV arrived while I was on vacation, and it was placed in my garage until I returned. When I returned 6 days later, I opened the box the next day and found that the TV was broken. It apparently was dropped during shipping.
      Contacted Verizon, as the perk was provided by them, and was promptly transferred to ******* Customer Service, which determined that I had not contacted them within a 5 day window to report damage. Apparently, ******* has a policy buried within their website, that states that a customer must contact them within 5 days for any damage claims on a shipment. Their only option was for me to pay to ship the TV back to them and then they would determine the cost of repair and I could pay for the repair.
      After several chats over several days with Verizon, I was offered a small “Loyalty” discount…a fraction of the cost of the TV.
      Plus, now I have to pay to dispose of the TV.
      Really sad that Verizon did not see any value in my being a customer for over 10 years, and that their “Core Values” as posted on the corporate website are just words.

      This is the worst company for customer service ever. Every time you call for some form of resolution no one has any empowerment to do anything. You get bounced around for hours to 5-10 different departments all with compartmentalized responsibility and no empowerment to provide relief. Then the issue just reoccurs for months. They even have a survey afterwards to determine if you could even understand your representative. The answer is no 8/10 times. it's ridiculous how bad their customer service has become. Ending my 10 year relationship for good. I see bankruptcy in their future based on the fraud their **** committed on my account.

      So I seen the add for home internet with a three year price lock . I was tired of paying so much for *** for all those years and made the switch to Verizon . Turns out it is almost impossible with there automated system to receive real time adequate help . Also my bill has been over 60 dollars a month every month since I started my service with Verizon. They give you an account number on a piece of paper with some other Verizon phone number and is not formal and does not state anything about autopsy set up to receive the three year price lock . I need real help with these problems with my service and pricing and am unable to get in touch with a customer service representative to actually care and help me fix what has been wrong from the very beginning. The process was very confusing from the beginning and for the first almost three weeks I was unable to be connected to my home internet because of a Verizon problem not me . I really hope that Verizon will help me set up auto pay and discount my Verizon service for my hassle and troubles and all the confusion with not being able to call the support number and actually get real help to resolve the problems I've been experiencing in customer support . My bill is $116 not $30 with a three year price lock and that is disturbing .

      Verizon a very incompident company. Ive tried to reach out to them since October of 2024 to resolve a billing dispute and have yet to get it resolved as of June 16th 2025. I cant even recall the number of hours I've spent on the phone trying to resolve this dispute. We left the company in April of 25 and now they are trying to collect a debt that we have already paid but have yet to this day had a person call me back to try to resolve this. Words cant even explain how upset i am about this and the ongoing battle we still have against this very unreliable company.

      To whom it may concern,
      We have been customers of Verizon for over 20 years and although we remained with them, we have had nothing but problems, both with billing, plans , unfilled promises/offers but more importantly , our FIOS internet both before and now even “AFTER” upgrading from to 1 GB of internet speed. The WIFI even with the upgrade is terrible and unacceptable. Videos , browsers etc, run very SLOW for what we are paying for, and this is on all our devices!! I demanded the router and ONT be replaced by a senior NJ field tech I knew in the company that was here 5 years ago when we had problems. The regular customer service # for FIOS does nothing for existing long time customers when we repeatedly call in and complain of the ongoing issues despite the plan upgrade and new equipment. As a former employee of ****** ************, I know the problem is either coming from the infrastructure or is in the fiber optic cable to or in the actual Central Office. It has to be, or maybe these techs in the CO are throttling the speed causing these horrific fluctuations in WiFi.
      We want this addressed once and for all and need to go beyond the basic troubleshooting to get what we are paying for and have been for years! This upgrade should’ve improved our WiFi . It didn’t, and now even with the speed /plan upgrade, it’s worse. Videos playback in all just about all formats , hesitates , spins & spins, various sites take forever to load. Our ring cameras freeze intermittently and the router is close by. I do a speed test sitting right by the router and I barely get 200-300MB on WiFi. This is not what we paid for and we want something done about this ongoing problematic internet issue. We are tired of this company ******** us & many other people over the years!

      Four days ago my and at least six of my neighbors lost internet and cable access. We all called are were given a variety of stories. Some called a day later and had a tech show up the next day only to be told they could do nothing to help. After four hours on the phone, I was told that a tech would have to come as it was a problem outside of my house. Apparently, they knew that the issue was more ************* it turns out, it was a box on the wires/poles out on the street. This box has been open to the weather for literally years. We have all called about, and Verizon never fixed it. Now, I do have internet back, but there is no video or audio on any of our devices when we attempt to use the cable TV. I called and was told that a ticket would have to be filled out and they would, once again, get back to me. Verizon's service is pathetic, slow, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Their service **** on the phone are polite and cheerful, but all agree that they only hear large numbers of complaints about the poor quality of the ********** is time to leave.
