      If you want internet 10 days out of the whole month this is for you..... nobody should have to pay for this.... EVER

      Verizon asked me to make a payment to keep my service on so I made my payment of $160 made a payment arrangement for the other amount due I kept getting messages so then I talked to a financial representative that helps in that situation he told me to ignore the phone calls that my account is good and I will not be disconnected and I needed him to reassure me what he was saying was good to go and he guaranteed me my service was good to go next day my service is turned off I have tried to contact someone all day cannot speak to anyone other than a recording telling me I have to make a payment and telling me that an agent is not available for me at this time so it is a not allowing me to take care of this matter from being lied to and making my payment and doing everything they told me to do I am so disgusted with Verizon at this point and on top of being lied to

      Verizon is increasing the bills too much at one time. People would be more agreeable to increase if it happened over a period of time. Going up $12.00 at one time is too much.

      I was charged for not returning my old router. I woke up to a negative account because I need auto pay to have the sale price. I called in and was expected to have a tracking number from months ago, thankfully I did. I was told Ill get a refund in two weeks and that the negative balance was not their issue. **************** was terrible. No apology for the error on their part. Had I not had that paper I would of been out of $158. I asked for an additional credit on my account and I was once again told this is my fault. That I should look at my **** and when I explained to them that the link they sent for my **** was faulty (I would get an error message) it was still my fault. No accountability on their end at all! Even though I sent them back the router right after I was asked to. Even though I could not check my ****. Im so disgusted with them and if there was another option for internet by me I would leave them.

      verizon/fios made a unautorizated change on my video plan .after about 3 reps and hours i am getting it back however the cost was increased and because of this i will be paying my old rate for 12 months then subject to increase. also because of the error i am not getting equip upgrade at no cost {i turned this down } this all started when i complained about nt getting caller id on tv, i was told this will be an internal investigation and i would not be told of the results even though someone made this problem i even stated to them check there phone tapes i am looking for another provider NOTE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM

      I think Verizon is deceitful. I had Extreme HD including free ***, *** **************** had pixelization problems o with an On Demand Movie. I called ***************************** offered to change my set top box. With that box change, they removed my prior ***************************************** ASKING OR INFORMING ME THAT THIS WOULD HAPPEN!Now I have lost all of my discounts & free ***, *** *************** I have contacted ************ executive customer relations reps. *** too bad they did not acquiesce their error. They will now lose a Verizon They will now lose a Verizon Fios & Verizon Wireless customer

      I suddenly lost my cable TV and when calling for service, they suggested to get insurance in case the fault was my fault and I'd be charged for damage. After refusing, suddenly my TV started working and my service call canceled.. seems VERY suspicious. ***** area code

      Been with Verizon a number of years. They are becoming ridiculous to work with regarding payment arrangements.
