    They sent me a bottle of medicine that was supposed to last 3 months. After 7 weeks the bottle is running out. I have been trying to communicate with them but I get no response please contact they advertise support is readily available all the time. Im frustrated and dont know what to do.

    Bioverse took my money more then what was specified for glp weight loss meds and I have not received any thing from them including any form of response for over 3 weeks. June 2 2025 289.00$ withdrawal from my account.

    Ordered once, unaware of recurring charge. Once found out about another charge to occur, I attempted to contact the company multiple times to question what I was being charged for with no answer to question. I did request cancelation of any subscription or product BEFORE product shipped out. Company responded only after they shipped product (a month after they said they were shipping something) to tell me it was a good news that the product in never wanted shipped. My original order was for 3 months of product for under $800, I was charged over $400 for only month of product the second time, which I never agreed to. I do not want the product, especially for $450! They can have it back. I gave plenty of notice to cancel before shipping but they decided to ignore my requests ans send and charge me for an unwanted product. This company is impossible to communicate with ans I should not have to pay for something I never ordered.

    This entire process has been very frustrating. 4/17/2025 I received a confirmation email that my order was shipped, and I would have it in 5-7 days. Bioverse withdrew the $289.00 from my account. The order never arrived. I sent an email on 5/11/2025 stating I never received the order. I never received a response from them. (no response has been their communication).In May, I was to have a Heath ***** with their physician to evaluate my plan and progress since I was having issues, again, no call or email.5/17/2025 Bioverse withdrew another $289.00 from my account, and again, the product was never received. I sent another email on 5/20/2025 asking what is happening and for someone to contact me ASAP or I would be contacting the BBB and file a Dispute with my Credit Card for BOTH of these charges. To this date No response from Bioverse.Still no contact from their physician that is to be monitoring my progress and how this is working with my body and evaluate possible issues. I want my account closed with ******************** and to be refunded the full amount for both doses that were never delivered totaling the amount of $578.00 To Date, I still have not heard back from Bioverse

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Bioverse has been resolved. I followed dispute with my credit card company and my money was refunded by the bank. I canceled my subscription with Bioverse on May 22nd.

    On 4/21/2025, I placed an order for the medication "************ through an online ad for Bioverse. They claimed a 7 day shipping window so I paid $702 for a 3 month supply. On4/30/2025, I had not received anything from the company despite them taking my money the same day I ordered it despite being told in my patient portal via the medical provider, ***** ***** that "...my order was being processed and will ship within 7 business days..." on 4/21/2025. At this point, I requested a cancellation and refund to which I was denied. And then once again *crickets* from Bioverse. On May 10th (19 days later) I was notified that Bioverse shipped my order. It arrived to my house on May 14th. It is important to note that this medication requires refridgeration. I arrived home approximately 45 mins after it was delivered and opened it immediately to find that all attempts to keep it refrigerated had failed the contents of the package were room temperature, at best. I communicated this issue to Bioverse via email on 5/14/2025. I have yet to receive any response.

    On or about April 25, I was trying to buy terzepatide online from a telehealth called Bioverse., the pages sounded great in the information was there.. they had me go through a health questionnaire and then they were saying how much you can buy and it's cheaper if you buy more at a certain time it would be less if you bought like 3 months worth instead of just one month at a time so they did and they took $702 out of my bank account and they have not sent my medicine and I want my money back and there's no way that get any of it back cuz there's no phone numbers. I tried emailing them and they haven't emailed me back and I can't get a hold of anybody and it's been a long time and the medicine is not here yet and I have not heard any good reviews about them I did not look into it beforehand and I would like my money. I don't want to do business with a *************

    I ordered from this company a month ago and have not recieved a thing. I have reached out via email, phone and message portal MULTIPLE times with no response. I want my money back.

    I was prescribed a 3 month dose of Tirzepatide on 3/25/2025. On April 9th 2025 ******* account was charged $702.00 for the prescription and supplies I was told that I should receive my order within 7 business days. On 19th I messaged them that I had not received my order. I was that there was a delay but they are expediting my order and that I should have it within the next 7-10 business days. I messaged them again on 4/29/2025 to let them know I still dont have my order. I have not heard back from them. At this point I just want my money back and to be done with them!!!!! They are a scam!

    I placed an order on bioverse tele health on 04/21/2025 they said I would receive my package in 7 days. Its been 9 business days and still no update to tracking and they wont response to message via the portal or email support. I paid 219$ for this medication. I want what I paid for or my money back!

    I was approved and an order was created for *********** I was charged ****** and told I would receive my medication in 5-7 business days. I have emailed numerous times with no response. Pharmacy still shows processing. How can fraudulent businesses get away with this. If you cant refund me at least give me the medication.
