    I was accepted for a ******* prescription they took 477 15 out of my bank account on February 25, 2025 I was told that I should receive it in 1 week. It never came sent several emails and each email was told 3 different stories. I finally called them after 3 weeks and was told they will get back to me and that never happened.. I asked them to give me a refund ASAP and that never happened

    I placed an order on Feb ******* and was told the order would be delivered in 7 days. The order still had not shipped so I called and was told they canceled the order when it initially was placed and I was never refunded and they did not know the order was cancelled until I called. I didnt want the order cancelled because I wanted the product. They claim they resubmitted the order and I would have the order asap. They still do not know when my order will ship and they refuse to reach out to where its shipping from to find out where it is. I call and leave messages and have had no response , they do not answer messages on their portal or reply to emails. Very poor customer services and it appears they are a scam and fraudulent. They should not be allowed to do business if they can not live up to their end of the deal and ship out the product. ***** also told me by phone the pharmacy my order is coming from is being watched by them because they dont send the product like they should and they do not fill orders. Instead of sending orders to a better pharmacy they continue to do orders with this one who is not filling orders. They have no empathy for taking peoples money and not providing a service. At this point I am two weeks out from my initial order and still do not have the product with no resolution in sight.

    Items purchased still hasn't shipped and communication is suddenly "slow", it seems like I keep getting different versions of the same reply with no real resolution. A refund or what I ordered.

    I subscribed to Bioverse for ***********. My credit card was charged $894 on 2/11 with the promise that meds would be delivered in 7 business days. Despite my inquiries, no meds have arrived as of 3/8. My last 3 messages have been ignored by this company. I would like my money back so I can order my medication thru a more responsive and reputable ********** far, no order or tracking information is on the Bioverse website, so I cant check to see what the status is.

    I was supposed to get my next shipment for my Rx. It sat in processing for over a week, then was sent to the pharmacy where it also sent in processing for over a week. This order ultimately took WEEKS to get to me, despite your website saying 5-7 business days. Meanwhile I had run out of my previous bottle, so I was all out of the meds and had to go without. Then, I get the order and you sent me the same dosage as the last bottle, but I was supposed to be going up in dose. You charged me for going up in dose but did not send me the increased dose. I want a full refund because this was awful all the way through. You took weeks longer than it should have, over charged and sent the wrong dose. Full refund please. That is the only way to resolve this.

    *WARNING: Bioverse May Be a Fraudulent Company*I am sharing my horrific experience with Bioverse to caution others against using their services. Despite paying $702 for a 3-month supply of tirzepatide, the company made a critical error with my prescription. They attempted to downgrade my dosage from 7.5 mg to 2.5 mg without my consent or consultation.What's even more alarming is that they claimed the order was already processed, just 2 minutes after I placed it, and before I had a chance to speak with a provider. When I expressed my concerns to the provider, they informed me that the order was irreversible.I have exchanged 21 emails with the company, trying to resolve this issue, but they have shown no willingness to find a solution or take responsibility for their mistake. It's clear that their priority is not patient care, but rather making a quick profit.Before making any purchases, I urge you to research Bioverse and review their rating on the Better Business Bureau. Their poor record speaks volumes about their business practices.     Dear Customer,

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To clarify the issue our lead provider has notified you that for different dosing protocols the prices may be different. It looks like the customer placed an order for a 3 month supply with the starting dosage 2.5mg for $702 however wished to start on 7.5mg which is priced at $1399. We apologize if the communication of this matter was not clear. It looks like the medical provider attempted to help adjust the dosing, however at this stage the customer wished a refund.

    To rectify the situation, we have issued a full refund to this customer in the amount of $702 for the order he had placed and have sent the customer a refund confirmation to his email.

    Credit card was charged for $219.00. I have made several attempts to get a refund. I ordered medication on 12/4/24, I changed my mind and requested on the very same day that the subscription be cancelled. Unable to do anything on their patient portal site. I have called several times and only get a recording. I have sent a total of 10 messages with a copy of the bank charges and all you get is message was received. This company wants me to send them screenshots of the bank charges. They would have to know they charged my card and did not receive any services from them. I sent many times the screenshot of the charges. Buyer beware. Stay away from this company. They will steal your money and then ghost you. You will never be able to speak to a customer service ********* you get are emails and nothing being resolved.

This is because the pharmacy has already begun the process of preparing your medication to be shipped to you. BIOVERSE Inc. is not responsible for any orders after they have been shipped from the pharmacy. We cannot issue refunds for medications that have proof of delivery from the carrier. We can re-order your medication but there will be a new charge associated with this order. If you would like to file a lost or stolen package claim you can contact the delivery carrier directly to do so. All medication orders are final once shipped by the Pharmacies and the order cannot be returned or refunded. This is to protect the integrity of the medication and the health of the patient, as well as to comply with applicable laws. However, if you think you have received the wrong medication, have received an order in error, or have any other questions, please contact us at ************************

    However, we understand the circumstanes presented of canceling the order 2 hours after placing it and we have at the time gone back to the order and issued a full refund to this customer in the amount of $219. We have sent an email confirmation to the customer.

    I ordered the product August. Third, it was built from my account on August third I was supposed to have received it within the next 3 days. It didn't arrive finally. I contacted tried to contact the company. No response. I couldn't get ahold of them so on August 8th. I filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. My bank investigated it. They ended up reversing the money. And that was that I tried to cancel my account with ******. I thought all was good on September 12th when I returned home from a trip. I had received a package. It was the bioverse medications that I had ordered. But I was no longer doing business with their company. So I should never have received that package and then. October 24th, the fraudulent charge complaint was reversed and the money was taken out of my accounts. And it should have never been that way. I did not receive the products. When I was supposed to I filed the fraudulent charge complaint because I could not get ahold of their company. And they ended up sending me ineffective products in September. Which I believe to be a cover, they're bomb situation. And I want my money back.

    I had a subscription that I cancelled in July/August because the product was not working. It was costing $477.15, so it was cancelled because I was unhappy with the results. On Sept 6, I received an email that my order was being processed, so I immediately emailed stating that I had cancelled my subscription and wanted that order cancelled and my money refunded. I was emailed back that I had in fact cancelled, and it was an error. The product WAS NEVER SHIPPED and I DID NOT get my refund of $477.15. This company in essence, stole my money, refused to refund it after numerous emails, and they also refuse to answer the phone. Deceptive company selling deceptive product, stealing people's money. I would like them to return my money as soon as possible.

    I subscribed to an online weight loss program with Bioverse in June. They provided me with 3 months supply of medication. The portal has been impossible to log into. I have changed my password more than 10 times. As of recently I found that if I never log out. I can go back in and send messages and see updates in my account. Nevertheless the less my subscription auto renewed this month at a different amount than previous. I received an email stating that my order was being processed. After inquiring with customer service via email the status moved to pharmacy processing. Its been over a week still no medication. I have sent messages asking for the medication or refund. I checked portal today and noticed a new order created at the original pricing ( I still havent gotten order ******) which is processing with pharmacy. I just want the medication or my money back. I will not be using this company moving forward. I have canceled my subscription.

    Since then the customer canceled their account and we do not have any pending orders or charges associated with this customer.
