It seems like a scam. I am being charged for missing a appointment that is not yet scheduled. At this point I feel like this is a scam.Hone

Hone is not a scam, if you missed an appointment or were not able to log in for some reasonall you need to do is message support and they'll help to get you rescheduled + refund for the cancellation fee. We would never charge a cancellation fee for an appointment that wasn't scheduled.Review fromDonny H

5 starsI have been with Hone for 6 months and they are everything they say they are. Products and services are extremely efficient and professional! Everything from *********** to customer service is top notch. The customer service department works hard for their customers and provides almost immediate response to all services requests and more! SO FAR SO GOOD. THYE HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ON COMMUNICATION AND DOING WHAT IS BEST FOR ME, VERY THANKFUL FOR THIS, WISH IT WAS A TAD BIT CHEAPER, BUT I GUESS THERE SHOULD BE A COST ON MY HEATH.Hone

5 starsHone and specifically my doctor at Hone is how medicine is done right. I feel appreciated, listened to and cared for which I have never gotten from the normal general care doctors I've dealt with. They have truly changed my life for the better. I am in the best shape of my life and I feel and look great. My doctor at Hone works with me to help me hit my goals and keep me at my healthiest. I completly trust them and I know that they will do everything in their power to help me. I just got my wife to set up an appointment as well because everyone should have a chance to work with these great people. On top of that any time I've ever had a question or needed help they respond immediately and take care of me quickly.
