    Absolutely terrible customer service. I never received my lab results, and the reps just continue to tell me the expected time frame from the date they received my test, which has come and gone. Like talking to a brick wall. Refund requests have been ignored.

This isnt an excuse, but more of an explanationsometimes with growing start-**** especially ones that are growing fast, things fall through the cracks with support. Its something our company needs to get better at and its going to get better. Much, much better. I understand if this is too little too late, but if youre willing to give us a chance againI promise my team will make it up to you, and make sure you get the results you deserve.

    I had this negative review ready to write but it seems like everyone has already written the exact problems I had and I was a member for a year+. On top of that, I was given a 6 month prescription by the doctor and decided to cancel my membership with them shortly after and now Hone is refusing to give me my prescription so I can get it filled while I find another clinic. This is criminal as they dont own my prescription.

    Worst company Ive ever dealt with.Impossible to speak to a live person, e-mails responses are basically auto generated. They continue to bill when not providing service or product - Almost impossible to log into your account.Very frustrated!Do not use Hone!

    Hone is the most dishonest and disorganized company that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. This nightmare has involved shipments of medication (which must be taken in a timely manner) being delayed by weeks, incompetent and dismissive customer service representatives, and excessive charges to my credit card.Avoid this company like the plague. They have needed to rebrand from "Peak" to "Hone" to sidestep the last poor ratings of the past. I feel that more must be done to ensure that this company no longer victimizes those in need of medication.
