    I've been a Hone customer for 6 months, the first 3 were great but after 3 months my prescription must have gotten written differently because suddenly ********* was unable to give me "single use" vials of ************ any longer and they don't carry "multi use" vials. Here lies the problem as I'm unable to find anyone that carries multi use vials which then requires me to order my meds directly through Hone, which doesn't accept insurance, for much more money than my typical $10 I was used to paying at *********! I feel this is a scam as they realized people won't be able to find multi use vials, so that automatically makes people have to use Hone to get their meds! I paid Hones $150 monthly fees for 3 months before finally caving in and getting meds from Hone, what a waste!!Other than that Hone has been a relatively good experience..I wish I would've done a bit more research before joining Hone and their shady with their pricing, nobody told me it was $150 monthly for a "subscription" what that covers monthly.

    Regarding the $149/mo membership  Your Hone membership covers routine lab work (48+ biomarkers) every 3-months, regular doctor consults every 3-months, any non-routine doctor consult when necessary, free shipping of medications, and 24/7 access to the Care Team.

    Although the above membership isn't cheap, it's much more affordable and convenient than traditional healthcare. Typically, you'll have to jump through some hoops to see a specialist who will submit a lab panel order, and even then they might not order anything close to the 48+ biomarkers included with your Hone membership. If they do, the cost of those labs (even with insurance) will most likely cost more. Even then,  if your doctor is willing to prescribe the level of precision medication that Hone offers, like HRT for instance, the cost of those treatments (once again, even with insurance) will be expense. 

    In your case, it sounds like you have awesome insurance that will cover the medication cost we just need to help find a better local solution for you. If you ping the Care Team, they might be able to help by looking around your area and checking if any of those local pharmacies have been filling scripts for other patients. They can then help coordinate that new pharmacy with you.

    Ive have a really great experience so far. The whole process is straight forward. It may take a little time but it is worth it. It took me a little over a month to start my first injection. I have nothing negative to say and happy so far.

    I did the Hone blood screening and met with a really great doctor, **** Liogier-Weyback who walked through my results and explained his recommended treatment extremely well. Everything up to that point was five stars. That said, for them to release your prescriptions to you. You have to sign up for a $149 monthly subscription service before you can go take the $25 follow up blood screening and get your prescriptions. I told them that I have insurance and I just need the prescriptions released to me so I can go to my local pharmacy and have them filled through my insurance, but they refused to do it, so Im back to square one as theres no way, Im going to pay $149 subscription fee When I have insurance. I highly discourage anyone from pursuing this unless youre paying out of pocket and you know all of this upfront.

    The membership covers advanced blood panels every 3-months, follow up doctor consult every 3-months, non-routine doctor consults when necessary, 24/7 access to the Care Team, and free shipping. That value cost a lot more with traditional healthcare, even with insurance in some cases. In order to receive the types of treatment Hone offers, that level of care is required. The membership is highlighted on our main website at ************************ on the first page. 

    Hone will still send your script to a local pharmacy where you can use insurance to cut down the cost of meds or use a service like GoodRX. The membership is still require however, because it covers all of your future blood work and necessary doctor follow *** to monitor your care.

    This company should be investigated for fraud! I've had 2 physician meetings cancelled on me in that last 2 weeks. Has a physician no show today! They don't have enough providers so you have few options for consults and have to schedule a week out. I'm now 3 weeks post my 90-days. off test because can't get a prescription until the 90-day lab review by physicians that cancelled or don't show up. If you as the customer miss a consult because of a late flight they'll charge you $50. Under no circumstances do I recommend this company - go local, more professional and faster and can be trusted.make matters worse - zero customer service other than an agent bot that don't really answer your questions, and you can't cancel your subscription on their website. Buyer BEWARE!

Hone will never charge $50 for a case like this, and we have more than enough doctors to handle capacity.     The whole experience with HONE was great. Everything went fast and smooth. The doctor listened well gave good feedback and came up with the best treatment plan for my needs. He was also funny and down to earth which made the experience much more enjoyable.

    I never thought Id be the kind of person to reach out about ************ therapy. The topic felt taboo, almost like admitting defeat. I was embarrassed, hesitant, and honestly unsure if Id go through with it. But from the moment I connected with Hone, that weight started to lift.The remote visit took a huge layer of anxiety off the process no waiting rooms, no awkward conversations at the front desk. Just a private, professional conversation with a doctor *** truly listened. He made me feel seen, not judged. It was like talking to someone *** genuinely wanted to help, not sell me something.This is a deeply personal journey, and Hone Health treated it that way. Thoughtful. Respectful. Human.
