    Its a scam. A couple buddys started a website and they dont tell you that you have more labs to do and they aint cheap. Its a rip off. If you have ins. Every dr will prescribe testosterone and u do labs Nd use your Ins. The reason the dont accept ins. That what they live off of. Its the blood money from a fake lab that is irrelevant and hold no value or concern. But they are not credible company so and they need a third party to do their work. Hang on. Did t I just pay u for labs. Yes. Go head out your credit card info ********** accept. So them as a middle man. Can get paid. O. You might not even get approved. You might be healthy enough. 2. Your testosterone might not be low enough. Isnt it weird that the have no company. On ******* I had to leave this review here because. They are just a middle man. No credibility. They have some old washed up unemployed rn answering questions in there chat. Basically there wife. She is helping out. Im thinking of filing suit

    Absolutely awful company do not waste your time. They basically stole $45 from for the at home kit and have been lying over and over again about receiving then not receiving and receiving again my results. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and email customer support is a joke. They just respond by saying rest assured we will figure it out. Been going on for 2 weeks now. Total Scam.

    The kit was great and easy to use, but everything quickly went downhill after it was shipped. My original account went missing, The new account wasn't linked to anything. It was nearly a three-week wait for the virtual doctors' meeting. And despite joining the virtual meeting early with a good connection, doctor ** never admitted me ("awaiting meeting organizer to admit you") and Hone Health charged me $50 eight minutes after the 30-minute meeting was supposed to start while I was still sitting in the meeting waiting to be admitted. I reached out to customer service with proof of my meeting entrance time and connection and requested the money to be returned. They responded by automatically scheduling another doctor's consultation on a random date and time. I had to cancel this and followed up again to ensure my request was understood. It was simply ignored. There is no way to remove your credit card info from your account or delete it, and now this company has my blood/DNA/health records. I honestly feel scammed and shameful.

    These guys at hone are horrible! They could have had a good business but the screwed the pooch on the customer service. I am wondering if I can complain to the ******** Health Association about them...

    Absolute garbage customer service. No one to talk to if you need help. Support never reaches out when you have issues. They charge you over and over without delivering any medication. Have been charged for a membership fee for 4 months and havent received any medication.

    This company is all about a subscription 128 a month not including the cost of your prescription. Funny they say they can transfer you prescription to a pharmacy. Unless you subscribe then they will. Ripppp off! Dont waste your time.

    Seems to have been said a lot already. This company is insanely unethical. I got my results and spoke to someone about it and they wrote me a prescription but the only way I can get the $65 worth of meds or the actual prescription is to subscribe to their monthly plan for an additional $125 a month. There was no mention of this at all in any part of the journey. Im sure that the prescription has ************ and this if you think you can cancel your monthly subscription after getting the prescription, youll just be back to square one in a month. They basically told me to kick rocks when I complained about how absurd their business practice is.

    After my first labs and consult. I decided it was way to expensive for my budget. I have not did my second labs and have not received any prescriptions from them. They charged me the membership fee. Their is no phone number on the website to call them. I have sent two emails in two days to support to refund my membership and cancel it. Asked them to call me. Not one reply. They purposely don't put your name on any of your lab results or your patient diagnosis after your consult. So you can't take it somewhere else after you've paid them for the tests. I noticed that after trying to get copies of my results off my profile to take some where else. After calling two other competitors today, They are half the price as this place and I easily got some one on the phone at both places. Hone even offers you a 25% discount when you go to cancel. Yeah because it cost way to much to begin with. Stay way a way from this place.

    What could I say that isn't already being said by all these individuals. Is they are a train rat. Is they are impossible to get ahold of. When it comes to getting your prescription on time forget it will never happen. I've tried multiple ways to get ahold of these people and it's like nobody's there nobody really cares I pretty much have to cuss them out to get him to get back to m.
