5 starsI was a little hesitant to go the online route but Im very glad I did. So far the doctor that I spoke to was great, very friendly and knowledgeable! Also the prescription coming in the mail was a bit of a concern but so far its been seamless. Glad I found this company.Review fromSean A

After I left a trust pilot review like they asked, I was very pleased with the doctor experience but to then be asked a day later to come here and leave ANOTHER review, I didnt like that at all. Also after going through the process, I get my script for *** and all of a sudden all of these extra costs get associated. So what was advertised as much much cheaper ends up I was going to get the cheapest option, still turned out to be almost $400 a month. Nope not doing that. Doctor was great, program and this constant push for MORE reviews after already leaving a review??? Sketchy to say the least.Hone

We do our best to accurately convey how much our service is, but it's difficult to that since with precision medicine plans the costs can vary depending on what's prescribed. The future of healthcare has arrived, and HONE is leading by example! I was really impressed at the ease to acquire the labs, AND have my questions answered with full transparency based on what my panel was showing. Traditional health insurance doesn't even give you the option to explore something as focused as what HONE offers, regardless that you are paying some exorbitant amount of money each money to "doctors" that speak the same rhetoric and give you zero answers...they just send you off to a "specialist". The doctor I was assigned was also incredibly gracious with my questions, and was not trying to sell me anything; she simply showed me what my options were and encouraged me to honor the agency of my own body, and trusted that with the information I had I could take all the time I needed to make those decisions.Being able to get updated blood panels done without any pushback from insurance is 100% worth it!Hone

I would give zero stars if possible. The phone number listed on their contact us page promises a call back but the person hangs up imediately when you answer and then they send you an email saying they tried to call. This took over 6 hours to get a call back. Their cancelation process says they will contact you in 1-2 business days but 6 days later no contact and credit card was billed. **************** email confirms that cancelation was done and to wait 1-2 more days for contact from cancelations so they can decide if I get a refund. Disputed charge with my credit card company.Stay far far away from this company.Hone

The service and the doctor Im working with are great. The service keeps core track of my vitals, and customer service is very quick to respond to any inquiry. The doctor is great at explaining complex medical terms in a way that I can understand.Hone
