The doctor I got to speak with was incredible! He actually listened to my concerns and reviewed my labs and history before our call and was ready for me! For me, that is such a rarity. If I could make him my permanent Endocrinologist or PCP, I would!!

Extremely difficult to get in touch with support. I have been trying to have my prescription sent to my local pharmacy and have received no response from multiple support requests (chat, email, support form). The support person in the community forum said they escalated my request, but still no answers. Also seem to be forced into the premium membership tier when I really only need the plus tier. Has been very frustrating so far from a customer service standpoint. Doctor consultation was excellent, easy setup and clear communication. Lab procedure was also easyHone

Really happy with everything thus far. Dr. ***** was everything I needed from Doctor prospective. Laid everything out, offered sound advice, and not just trying to take my money for a product. Looked at my full panel and gave me suggestions. Amazing.Hone

You deserve 0 star. Im writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received following my participation in your lab services. After completing the required procedures and receiving my results, I was unable to schedule an appointment as per your instructions. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team over several months, I have received only automated responses promising a callback, which never happened.I requested a full refund for the services rendered, along with the immediate and complete deletion of all my personal information collected by your company.
