    Scam. They are a bait-and-switch company. You get hooked for $45 just to get information, then they want to charge you whether $100 even when you can't get medications, all because it's for their "program". STAY AWAY

    Unfortunately I became a customer of this company and had an issue and questions. Its hard to believe but they have a completely impenetrable wall up preventing customers ************************ ever speaking with a real person. I even tried to call in on their ******************* professional line and they only offer an email. Do not do business with a company that will not talk to you - rather send you to their endless ***** online or send an email and wait until they decide to deal with your issue. Really terrible company especially being in the medical field.

    They charged me ***** and then canceled my membership the next day. They claimed it was for their time getting blood and health records from my physician but they did not. I requested a refund and they refused. Scam keep away

    On their website, they going to get you the medicine and everything for $100 when he came out I gave him the credit card for the hundred dollars then I find out that the medicine cost 350 but they dont tell you that in advance so they just got $100 for nothing

    The company advertises a cheap price of medication, and after the medication is purchased, that is when you find out you have purchased a membership that does not include medication. The website is nearly impossible to navigate, and none of their instructions for canceling lead you to where you can cancel or request a refund after the bait and switch. This is a true scam and they need to make it clear in their advertising and payment section BEFORE the person purchases what it is they are buying. I tried for an hour to get my money back after being bait and switched and cannot.

    I was made to believe this subscription included medicine, after more digging I found that it was only for services I have not used yet but there is no way to cancel or ask for refund on their site and no actual way I have found to contact them. you just go round and round in the help section. Very deceptive advertising!

    Ro SPARKS is a fraud.They guaranteed there product to work in 15 minutes lasting 36 hours..I ordered it and tried it multiple times and nothing happened.I reached back out to ro SPARKS for a refund and they said after 8 days no refund bc they can't take it back according to the mystery dr *** prescribed *****'s a breach of contract, I also filed a complaint with ***, ***. I ALSO filed a lawsuit in Federal Court. Ro SPARKS is selling ********** SPARKS needs to be stopped there stealing your money. Every man *** has tried RO SPARKS To sue Ro SPARKS and get your money back.

    Ive had a great experience so far. (3months) Since I use the Zepbound vials the prices are within my budget. The response from the care team is a bit slow but it seems to have improved. The best part is not dealing with unsupportive Drs who haven't educated themselves on how Glp1s work in the long term. Maybe Im having a great experience bc Im also in the medical profession and understand what is needed. The membership fee needs to come down but the tools all in one place are a huge plus.

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Im currently in the process of disputing. The membership cost is described as nonrefundable if the medication is not acquired or approved after submission to medical professional occurs. I was not covered, and they recommended costly options to me that I couldnt afford. So I promptly canceled and requested a refund of the membership since I didnt receive a service. Of course they tell me that I no longer have access to the medications or doctor support but my membership fee is non refundable..? If I didnt receive a service then why would I not receive a refund? Im disputing it now with my credit card company. That seems very scammy. I wish I read this website before signing up with them.
