  Do not order from this company! I cancelled my membership and expected that I would no longer be received benefits and medication, so I should not be charged again. They still charged me the membership fee of $145.00 and would NOT reimbursement me. This company is a money hungry bunch of thieves. I even tried to go into my account and delete my payment method and it would not allow me to do so. Do not use them!

  Do not use RO for weight loss. They keep you on specific milligrams to keep you retuning then they dont charge what they say. Review your cards weekly in my opinion, I shouldve read more reviews ahead of the subscriptions.

  They bait you then take your money. They charge me $45 stating that they would have Wegovy which my doctor prescribed but it was going to be cheaper to go through them or at least thats what they made me think- they are very unethical and charged me to $45 for apparently a membership and not the medication which I couldve understood however, the only option they had was a compound (I cant do the compound) or I would have to pay $345 for a different medication and it still wasnt the medication that I had requested. So now its going to be that they want to keep the $45 for not even providing the service that they stated they could so now Im going to have to fight a dispute with my credit card company, which is the last thing I wanted to do they do not provide the services they state and they just bait you into starting a membership. They dont offer the actual medications. To me thats fraud and false advertising.

  Honestly, I feel like 1 star is being extra generous, but hey. I recently signed up for Ro.Cos weight loss program, excited about their promise of *********** injections and what seemed like straightforward pricing. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and misleading.Initially, I was led to believe that the membership required just a one-time fee. No one on the siteor in any of the communication I receivedclearly stated that there would be ongoing charges beyond that. I also understood that the *********** medication would cost $199/month after the first month, which I was prepared for. But once I was locked into the program, the actual charge turned out to be $245/month, with absolutely no transparency or heads-up about the price increase. I joined this program with trust and hope, and now I feel taken advantage of. I hope anyone who is thinking of going with ************************* comes here first before they end up with this crook company. I wish I had!!

  RO quickly answers requests for new medicine and orders, immediately takes your money. Since they took the money $500 for Zepbound and shipped the product it never arrived. *** states they recalled the shipment without explanation to me and im sitting waiting for my medicine that will never arrive. They have not given my money back nor provided the product. Its been silence since I asked them for the medicine i paid for or a reimbursement of my money

  Product is working. but the Care team is HORRIBLE. they have no idea what they are doing. when you send them an email, they may respond in 5-8 days or not at all. But they just repeat what they said before. I had set up my program to have the payment taken out on the day in which I started, the 18th. Worked great until this month. They took it out on the 10th. I have sent 8 emails to them to get this corrected this last one I got said they had no information on me. Even though I am on my 4th dose. You cannot call them, you can not get a supervisor to reach out to you, and you cannot get them to really read what you are asking them. Seems to just be a blow off. This is not how CS should be. Be advised, that you must pay 199$ a month membership fees - so that a doctor or PA can tell you if you can increase your dose.

  Only helps for 1-2 months then they dont have bigger doses of Zepbound. Complete waist of money

  Ro has been an absolute pathetic service to deal with. At first very responsive for the little interaction I request. My insurance changed providers through work so I notified them a week prior. March 1 they told me my insurance doesn't cover it and decided to put me on another prescription without even doing due diligence to check if my specific plan coveredit. The doctor just put in for me on amother med we didnt agree upong mutually. I insisted twice they check for zepbound as I called and found my insurance in fact does. It took a week to respond to me they would look into it, which was March 8. I am then told I'm all good to go with Zepbound. My pharmacy processes it for cash pay and tells me the physician said I was aware of the cost and ok with it per his notes. No **** no I was not. Another several days go by and RO confirms they're getting insurance auth. ANOTHER prescription is sent for the same thing. Still over $1100 out of pocket. I call the pharmacy and now three times they've sent in for cash pay all the while they're telling me they're checking on insurance. My insurance says they've recieved zero requests from RO to authorize. My pharmacy says they're non responsive. I've now paid two entire months for a junk membership. 8 to 10 days zero responses and even then my questions aren't remotely read by them nor addressed. Yesterday marked an entire month that I have not had any resolution. Finally, somebody reached out to me yesterday saying they're still working on it in that, but my prior authorization was sent to my insurance on April 4. All of this was supposed to be started on 3/8, when I responded to their messagen of course, nobody has replied- as expected. Not even 5 minutes later, my account was charged $145. Total ripoff, borderline scam. $300 bucks, taken and no medication or actual answers to my meimdical and account questions. They medical staff should be accountable for using medical licenses to *************************** poor service and lapse in meds.

  With all the bad reviews, why is this company still in business?? I had a horrible experience as well!! They tell you its a guarantee refund, but it is not! The product does NOT work!! This company should be shut down!!

  Total ripoff! Have to pay $145 a month for a prescription then have to pay $499 a month for the prescription. Very deceptive company dont fall for it!
