    So many things went wrong.. all the other reviews are basically the same because they are definitely scammers. You never really talk to the same rep ever. I was even told by an agent whoever can get to your message will try to help so its no consistency & the agent will most likely NEVER know what the h*** is going on (leading to even more misinformation). I was charged more than what was suppose to be my monthly membership & even though they were trying to fix the issue they didnt pause the payments so more than 3 times my card was trying to be charged. For the medicine, so many discrepancies. They didnt send me enough for the 3 month supply I subscribed to due to a miscommunication between the provider & supplier apparently. They wont refund me anything for the medicine I didnt receive. And also, I NEVER spoke to the provider before they prescribed me the medication. They just prescribed it to me & then the provider put me at a 5mg at one point while my portal said 7.5mg (keep in mind, theyll charge you more the higher your dosage is). I see some people have good reviews which is why I tried Zealthy myself, but its not worth risking. I was so stressed out and having issues from the very start of trying to even receive the medication. After the first month, I just cancelled. Ive been disputing this since Oct 2022 please stay away and find somewhere else to get the medicine for a peace of mind.

    They are liars and scammers!They assured me they would file my insurance claim. They have made one excuse after another; from they cant find my carrier (BCBS) to I dont have pharmacy benefits.i had 6 prescriptions filled that week. I asked them to send me information so I could file my own claim which would include prescribers name, address, phone, fax, noise, *** numbers on company letterhead. I asked for the diagnoses with ICD10 codes. None of that has been provided to date. Ive only been provided a receipt for money spent.Do NOT be taken advantage by this unscrupulous company.

    Scam like behavior.First month subscription was $50 then the second month was $200? Absolute no disclosure, and to make things worse, you have to have a membership for three months AND its no refundable. I have no idea how they have not been shut down

    I am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Zealthy, a company that has not only demonstrated a complete disregard for ethical business practices but has also subjected me to fraudulent credit card charges.I recently subscribed to Zealthy's medication program with the expectation of receiving quality service and support. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite my repeated requests for cancellation of the medication program, Zealthy has not only ignored my pleas but has also continued to charge my credit card without authorization.The lack of responsiveness from their customer service team has been particularly distressing. I have made numerous attempts to communicate my concerns and seek resolution, only to be met with indifference and an utter lack of professionalism. The complete disregard for my requests to terminate the program and the subsequent unauthorized charges have left me feeling violated and exploited as a customer.I want to caution other potential customers about the unethical practices employed by Zealthy. My advice is to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this company, as they seem to prioritize their financial gain over customer satisfaction and ethical business conduct.In conclusion, my experience with Zealthy has been deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this warning with others who may be considering their services. It is my hope that by sharing my story, others can avoid falling victim to the same fraudulent practices that I have experienced.

    This was a disappointment all around. The coach was helpful and awesome. The physicians strung me along with meds that could not be filled making me but their semaglutide compound to build up to a dose of wegovy they could find. Never got there because despite me attempting to buy a refill the doctor ***** submitted what was needed on their end for me to purchase their compound. I messaged twice over the course of 4 weeks waiting for either the right dose of wegovy or approval to buy the compound. I was supposed to hear back in 2-3 days. So I canceled my membership, angry Id paid for 3 months and only was able to get one month of medicine. Then after my subscription was canceled they then charged my card 750 dollars on December **************************** October. I disputed it with the bank and blocked them from accessing my card.

    I was clearly ripped off by this company! I got a prescription for semaglutide that said injection pens and they sent me syringes with needles and something that I cant use by myself. They lied and wasnt forthcoming about what I was supposed to get. They refused to let me return the items, the items came with an unreadable return address and they refused to give me my money back with a return. I ended up being the items to a hospital and depositing it in a sharps box because I cant use something like this. I need REAL injection pens as described in the medication order list I have. Not this that they sent! The only reason I gave this 2 stars and not 1 star is because there was a doctor that works for them that did in fact prescribe medicine for me in an injectable pen, but I couldnt use it because I got an allergic reaction to the medicine. But he was very helpful.

    Youve approved me for losing weight with either *******, ****** or Maunjaro but as yet, Zealthy hasnt sent me any of the above. Im not sure what else i need to do beside continuously making monthly payments for nothing. Please help me understand why?

    My results are amazing, I had a zoom call with the doctor and I sent over my labs and was provided a medication. Customer service to me was awesome and reliable.
