    They also scammed me as well. On Nov 13, I paid $325 for the three month membership and discount. They continued to charge me $135 and an additional $275 for medications that I never received. I disputed all charges with my credit card company. They were awful and customer service is seriously lacking. They can never give me a straight answer. But they can sure take my money.

    I joined on Nov 1 paid ****** for the membership and medication. It took them 2 weeks in order to mail out the medication and when they decided to mail it to me I was gone on a 2 weeks vacation with my family. I return to check my emails and I received an email from them stating package was delivered on Nov 13. I caclled to advise I did not receive the medication and I had to call about 3 times before I spoke to Gentleman who told me that he was going to let the Pharmarcy know about i never received the medication. He said he was going to call me back , but I never heard back from anyone. So , I keep calling, sending message and leaving voicemails with no response back beside keep sending me a tracking number. I called today spoke with ***** advise me to call *** to file a claim for the lost package. Keep in mind I have been on there program a whole month and I have not been able to start the weight loss program . I am very upset and I want to be refunded my monies from these scammers.

    This company presents itself as efficient and convenient at first, until they hook you in and you get at least 1 or 2 Rx refills. After that, the "care team" just becomes a bunch of random people responding to you at erratic times, and dangerously, with CONFLICTING INFORMATION. I was assigned to this nurse practitioner in the beginning of my care, and when it started going downhill, there's this random doctor who suddenly gave me the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. Also, they charged me twice, one for the anticipated correct refill which is still taking forever to process as of right now, and the other is the wrong prescription written by Dr. ******* If this were a regular doctor's ******* they should have been reported and investigated already. Confusing the h*** out of the patient and not having a full understanding of status of care are very dangerous, on top of their opaque pricing, this company can be malicious.

    Zealthy is a ****. I signed up for weight reduction meds and now they want me to see a mental health provider. I do not want their services and they are making it difficult to get my money back. Stay away from them..

    Zealthy excepted a payment for services they could not render. The process to sign up its not working on their website, so I was unable to complete the process and therefore could not receive services. I asked for a refund and they declined. This is ********** in my opinion.

    I was charged $184.00 in my checking account for services I didn't receive,I called the company they couldn't find an invoice for me ordering there services,that's because I didn't, I spoke to ******************************* and he said he apologized for the inconvenience and would get back to me,he said we can't refund your money,I asked why he said we just don't,then I asked then to have $184.00 worth of diet services they couldn't do that either unless I gave them more money, I stated I'm not giving you anymore money until you fix the previous issue,they blocked my account and I'm still out my $184.00,they are scammers and are only after your money they have their employees write reviews to make them appear as a legitimate company, stay away from this company!!!
