At first, they were responsive and provided the medications on the promised timeline. After the first month, they charged me an increased monthly fee and for medication however it has been 3.5 weeks and I still have no medications. They continue blaming the pharmacy they are working with. They have done nothing to compensate me or try to get my the medications while I wait.Zealthy, Inc.

Would leave zero if available Every single thing about this company is fraudulent and a scam.They generic reviews, website, al generated dr.They take 675 then never send product. While guaranteed it to be at your doorstep ********* has 120 days to recover the money. Funny day I made a claim with my bank, they refunded me 30. Like keep it. I want my ********* and change RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEMZealthy, Inc.

I did an initial consult and got told I was approved. Thinking this meant I would receive the medication, I went ahead and paid. Then, it brings you to a screen saying you have to do a phone screening with a doctor first for approval. They set the appt for me, didn't tell me, and obviously I missed it. I could not get anyone to answer me about setting a new appointment, so I ultimately decided to not proceed with services. They continued to charge me despite multiple chat messages advising I wanted to cancel- these messages were ignored. I then deleted the entire account, but apparently that does not cancel the subscription, so they continued to charge me. Now, I have no account and cannot get in to cancel the subscription. THey are impossible to get on the phone, and when I finally got someone, they said they are unable to cancel a subscription on their end and would send me an email with a link to cancel. Yet I never received that email. IZealthy, Inc.

I started with Zealthy for weight loss. Seemed fine in the beginning. I got 3 months meds and membership for ****** Membership would be ****** a month meds ****** after initial fee. Well they charged my card twice for the ******. They fixed that. Then they charged me ****** for for membership before the 3 months was up. Told them and they said they would hold fix it. Called numerous times it didnt come off card. Last vial of meds was suppose to be delivered and ***** didnt get it here on time and when I received it the package was damaged and it was hot. The delivery guy had already scanned before I reached the truck. I refused and had him send it back as I was trying to reach Zealthy and let them know what was going on. Well nobody answers. I have call logs of the hours I have tried to reach them. I filed a dispute with my cc company. They ended up in favor for Zealthy because they have a no refund policy no return. So I am screwed out of ******. I could understand if I just wanted to return meds but it wasnt like that. Zealthy admitted that they seen ***** was late and it had been returned but they didnt care. They also wont replace the meds that I didnt get. I will watch for a class action against them. I will definitely join. Im with another company and they are much better.Zealthy, Inc.

Signed up for a 12 month program which advertised at a discounted flat rate. The program sends texts weekly asking for weigh in results which never worked. Once submitted, an error messages occur saying oops something went wrong. The App then asks if youre satisfied with your dose. Then it goes to an advertisement offering the customer another offer to buy more medicine. This happens repeatedly every week. My credit card ceased paying them because the ongoing charges to my credit card showed as fraudulent. The App is not in sync with the program. The customer service **** can barely speak English & cant read what the computer shows. Text, they ask to assist with payments. The messages are pre scripted as if AI answers questions and make statements that are irrelevant to your case or questions. I believe all accounts should be audited for accuracy because its evident consumers are getting scammed with no end in site. Please look into the validity and accuracy of this companys billing tactics. People have signed up for this medication to assist with weight loss that negatively impacts their health and the company evidently sees this as an opportunity to scam patrons. Thank youZealthy, Inc.

I purchased 6 months of medication and I was approved to get the medication 5/29/25 and have not received the medication. Zealthy tells me that they have been waiting for a tracking number from the pharmacy . I asked for a refund and they say that the medication will be delivered to me once they get the tracking number. I really want my money back. It is July 7th and still haven't received the medication nor a refund.Zealthy, Inc.
