An absolute scam of a business. I cancelled my membership (paid the $40 fee and do not expect a refund from that) before any medications were prescribed and shipped after changing my mind once digging deeper and seeing all the reviews. However they keep attempting to charge my card on file for $199 medication that I do not want from them and per their own policy I cancelled before it was even approved and shipped. They keep saying my account is scheduled for deletion and removal but yet they attempt to charge my card every single day. The only reason it is not going through is because I locked my card. They keep giving me the run around via email, I have asked to remove my card from the file as the website and app wont allow me to do so manually, only asking to update my payment method. Which again, no medications were shipped or approved and I cancelled before they were. Per their own policy this should be resolved as nothing was sent out yet from the pharmacy.Zealthy, Inc.

These people are a big headache. I was with them for approximately 5 months. The communication is very poor. Their website is confusing. They are so unorganized. So alot of inconvenient things happened but I stayed with them until....I ordered my medication, was billed $300.00 and received the wrong dosage of 50 units a week. I have been on 100 units weekly. I called emailed and texted this problem. I need the rest of my medication you owe me. This is going on 2 weeks and I'm out. So basically I was charged $300.00 for 2 weeks of medication. They still haven't sent me the rest or communicated with me or assured me they were going to. I really don't expect they are gonna fix this or credit my account. I have canceled my subscription with them and went to someone else AND without a membership fee.Zealthy, Inc.

I really wanted to believe that this was a real company with real employees who care about helping people lose weight. In two weeks time, I paid my July discounted subscription and chose the path I wanted if my insurance didnt cover any of it. However, they immediately started charging me $670 every 6 hours and continued to do so until I blocked them through my financial institution. Fortunately I locked my card so they only got the first month charge but theres no telling how much they would have stolen from me if I hadnt locked my card. I made numerous attempts to get them to stop charging me and every single time they said they had cancelled my order and they werent charged me. But, they continued attempting to charge my card. They never sent me anything. They never provided any actual service. But they did take my money and kept on trying to get more.Zealthy, Inc.

I paid the membership fee plus over $300 for my product that was never shipped due to pharmacy issues. I asked for a refund over three weeks ago and still have not received it. Since then, all communication has been stopped after the guy I spoke with already said he would get the refund process going. There is zero communication, no one will respond to my emails. This company has to be a huge scam. I paid over $300 And did not receive anything! Not only that they kept trying to charge my card for over $300 multiple times after the transaction had already went through. Do not buy from this company!Zealthy, Inc.

Very easy to work with to get things set up, then stops responding to any all edits to plan. I was still trying to buy from them, just a different med and still made it impossible. I left messages in the app, texted, email to support, called many times and continued to get hung up on. Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.Zealthy, Inc.

Unauthorized Charges, No Refund, and Failed Delivery I paid $798 to Zealthy across three transactions in May 2025. I received only one shipment (from a $149 charge). The remaining $400 (for a 3-month supply) and an additional $249 were either unfulfilled or unauthorized.Despite my repeated refund requests, I received only generic replies stating that my concern was escalated. On July 3, I was told in writing that my account had been flagged to prevent further charges. But after that, Zealthy attempted to charge my card four more times: July 4 July 5 July 7 July 11 This is after they claimed no further billing would occur. *** received no additional products, no tracking numbers, and no resolution. Their support continues to refer to a No Refund policydespite failing to deliver the product I paid for and initiating charges I did not authorize.Ive disputed the charges with Klarna and my bank. *** also reported Zealthy to the Better Business Bureau and the *** for deceptive billing practices and non-fulfillment.This company should not be allowed to continue operating unchecked. Consumers deserve transparency and accountabilitynot repeated charges, broken promises, and excuses. I urge anyone considering Zealthy to proceed with extreme caution.Zealthy, Inc.

Everything was fine with this company for a while. Then I ordered my next prescription, paid over $1000 dollars and at the time of this review it has been two months and no medication has been shipped. I have called and called and each time they say they will expedite it with the pharmacy or they have a new pharmacy and they will expedite it. I send messages on their app and they always answer except when I ask for a refund for my membership, because no medication no membership, and crickets! Called again today and the same excuse, new pharmacy and I will expedite your order. Also the agent said that she would send a refund request to the pharmacy. Why does the pharmacy owe me the refund, Zealthy does. I dont know what has happened but a business that was reliable and dependable has now gone to a scam. I feel bad for the agents who have to answer the phones each day and perpetuate the lie.Zealthy, Inc.

I have been charged for medication I never received. Ive spent 3 months trying to get the meds I paid for. I was charged a monthly fee while not receiving my meds after being told I would not be charged because my meds werent delivered. Ive been on multiple calls and been told multiple times my concerns were being escalated without resolution.Zealthy, Inc.
