      Not too difficult, however I didn't like the fare and insurance price increases as I was rebooking, due to a storm knocking out my Wi-Fi. The rebooking had to be done on the phone. I was able to get it done though before the storm knocked me out again. I had to rebook twice because the rep's **** timed out! Your rep was very helpful, and even got confirmation of my chosen seat number. Your app however, isn't working right. It keeps sending me in a loop of changing my password and/or username I grew weary of this and just printed the itinerary. I guess I'm going old-school, using paper. The boarding pass was being taken care of automatically, so I won't have to wait in lines.
