      This website is a scam. I have nearly $800 in credits that they will not let me use due to some shady loophole. **************** is terrible at best. Book directly with the airline and not this scam of a site.

      The customer's reservation included two airlines but was issued on one ticket which is standard policy. Credit is held with the airline that the ticket is issued on but he wanted to use credit for the other airline. Unfortunately this can not be done as per the airline rules that we must abide by.

      I've only recently started using your site and I love it. It's so easy to go through and understand how to book a flight, book your transportation and find a hotel. I highly recommend using this site when traveling.

      Tried to book a round trip flight. When I checked, unfortunately two days later it was one way. I was told to cancel. Schedule again cost would be $445.00. She put me through to billing. He canceled said he would refund ******. Would have cancellation fee of $70. Couldnt tell what it be withdrawn from. Insisted I schedule with him. I ended up paying additional $160. My cheap flight cost $670. Then ******** and Cheapoair withdrew $382 from my bank at same time. Now cheap flight $1000. ******** did refund what they withdrew.

      My cc card still pendind airfare since 7/22/22 got booking confirmation. CheapOAir not airline charged my cc 7/23/22 $3.00 then charge my cc $19.95.Tel.CheapOAir 7/25/22 about this and response wait 2 days prior flight departure fo Eticket itinerary.Why is this not paid pending.

      The way customer service treated me at ******************** is deplorable. I was placed on multiple hour long holds by agents in an effort to avoid my call. They canceled my flight quickly because I mentioned having an issue. With no intention to reimburse just to take my money and not provide service. Worst company ever I will never do business with them ever again. I underwent days of stress and panic with almost **** usd about to be lost.
