      I would give Cheapoair ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Avoid this business at all costs. I have had several issues with them for months regarding my internal flight. they claim to call me but I never receive calls. When i speak with representatives on the chat I am told a variety of different answers and essentially lied to. Im am beyond frustrated. Come to find out a week before my flight the departure ticket is cancelled. I am told by cheapoair the airline cancelled it. I call the airline and they tell me my travel agency cancelled the flight and they have proof of it. Now what am I supposed to do? CheapOair insists they cannot do anything else for me. Lucky for me ive been charged over three thousand dollars for a flight that doesnt even exist. I am never working with such an unreliable, devious business ever again.

      they used to be good. I booked many trips and you could always get a live **************** person if needed. Not anymore. they are horrible. you have to have something wrong with you if you book with them. There was credit card issue and when I went to rebook, the fare doubled.

      I tried to book a flight on CheapOair from ********* (***) to ****** (TPE). I specifically chose a departure time of 2:50 pm on Friday afternoon. After filling out all the information and proceeding with the booking, the website initially showed that the 2:50 pm flight was unavailable. However, just one minute later, I received an email confirming a flight for me departing at 6:40 pm! This was done without any notification or permission from me.Upset by the unauthorized change, I contacted CheapOair's customer service. They informed me that changes could only be made 24 hours before departure and that the ticket was non-refundable. I believe this is an unacceptable way to handle customer bookings. If the chosen flight is unavailable, the website should simply inform the user and stop the booking process. It should not proceed to book a random alternative flight and then claim it's non-refundable. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an online travel agent.
