      I was robbed, CheapOair had me pay full adult price for my grandson who's not two years old yet. I need a refund or I'll take legal action. how can you make me pay full price for a minor when he's flying on my lap.

      Fraud committed against my card.Called and recieved a quote for two passengers of ******* called back and was quoted for **** per flight and a 538 fee for side by side seating. Seating was not guaranteed in the itinerary was marked pending yet charged the card for **** and an ADDITIONAL charge was.placed on the same card marked as ****** airlines that I didn't authorize. Called 11 times to cancel over 4 days with first call made 7 hours after booking. No one was surprised or apologetic. Was shuffled from one department to another and ultimately hung up on each time. Was told 4 days later that I would be charged a 200 fee per seat and would have to wait 2 billing cycles for a refund and denied the **** charge twice and had two people.try to explain toe that was "common practice" to charge under the airline name and the charge would "drop off. That was.never told to me and no one would agree to an additional **** charge. Their concerns focused on if the charge was pending or posted for the ****, not the fact that fraud was counted against the card and which employee committed it. To think I've used them in the past 6 times for the same trip without problem and to be treated this way and have money fraudulently charged against my card. I need a full refund and apology.

      Worst service, will NOT advise anyone to use their services. I had purchased a ticket for my daughter last year in Nov for coming from Vancouver in holidays whereby had issues cancelling per their policy which states for cancelling the ticket by 10 p.m. same day on the website. I had booked the ticket @ 8 p.m., later when I found out from my daughter the date was not good, I called Cheapoair a lot of times but no response and unable to connect. Thereafter I emailed them and got a response next day whereby later I was told it is 24 hours for cancelling the ticket although Airlines took over the ticket couple hours before the time frame and was told to get credit which I didn't agree but was left with no choice. Couple weeks later I got email saying they are working on the refund and I communicated with them for over couple months and later on found out the customer service reps made a mistake and sent me email for someone else's refund. After a lot of interactions over phone (waiting for long periods not just minutes but hours actually should say entire day) and emails finally after almost 8 months I got the refunds but there was a lot of time wasted especially from their mistake of incorrect booking ID to which I was told over phone by Supervisor for giving $250 credit note which didn't making sense for the time that I had spent (as mentioned earlier not hours and days but months). After the refund was provided, the communication stopped and the emails were started to be ignored regardless of follow up and sharing with them the email read receipt emails.       Hi Anand, we believe you are contacting the wrong company. We are CheapAir.com, with no "O" in our name. We are not affiliated with CheapO air in any way and our business practices are different. Unfortunately, we get confused because of the similar names. I searched our system for your email address or name and could not locate any bookings. If you still believe you booked with us could you please email the name of the passengers ****** the 10-digit booking number that begins with a 2? We are sorry for what you experienced but believe it was not with us but a different travel company. Thank you

      I made a reservation with CheapOair with confirmation number ******** for a two tickets from ****** to ***** on Saturday July 23, 2022 and the trip was supposed to be on Sunday July 24, 2022 at 4:15 pm on **************** When they sent me on Saturday July 23 at 10 pm, the two tickets were pending. This means I cannot travel and I cannot stay standby not sure, if I will travel or not. Accordingly, I sent to CheapOair email immediately asking them to cancel the reservation. Then on Sunday July 24 at 2:00 pm, which is, just two hours before the trip, they sent me the **ticket numbers. I also asked about the tickets if they are valid through my travel agent and he informed me that there are no places on this trip. Accordingly, I travelled through my travel agent and could not and did not use their tickets, which they send me the **ticket numbers just two hours before the trip and I could not use them, as I must arrange my trip at least one day in advance. They withdraw the cash from my debt card although I have not received any notification or was asked for OTP.I contacted them for several times on daily basis but they do not respect customers and dealing with them in very disrespectable way. I really do not recommend doing business with them.

      We are showing the flights for the originally scheduled return were changed at the passenger's request and the airline shows the flights were taken.
