      110% satisfaction! I did take out all the "extra" insurances but it paid off in every needed way with additional perks. I was able to add a seat to my already made reservation for a good friend - next to whatever seat I will have! The price was close to the price I got for my original round trip flight(still booking 7 weeks out) . ******, the agent helping me, was courteous and professional and assisted my every question / need almost intuitively.       I just don't like the fact that they call after every booking and try to trick you into buying extra things that you don't need and you have already went through all that during your online booking

      I booked and paid $728.99 for a Business Class ticket, clearly stated on my booking confirmation. However, the ticket issued by the airline was ***************** a completely different service. After over 15 frustrating follow-ups through phone and chat, they downgraded my booking without consent and upon cancellation, then refunded only $514.21, keeping nearly $215 of my payment for a service they never provided.This is a textbook example of misrepresentation and incredibly poor customer support. As a loyal customer who has booked many tickets with ********************** in the past, this experience has completely destroyed my trust.?? If youre booking through CheapoAir, be very careful what you book may not be what you receive, and getting support or your money back is a ************ now preparing to escalate through formal complaints and card chargeback processes.
