      I travel with some frequency. And, if I am not mistaken, CheapOair was the one I used. Eventually I used others but I end up coming back to CheapOair. I hope we can continue enjoying all our trips... So far no problems whatsoever. Thanks!

      CheapOair I have been trying to purchase plane ticket for my wife and me from CheapOair. In doing so I asked that a credit we have for a flight in January be applied. These flights are not to the same place but they are with the same airline. The credit was $1079. I was quoted $1515 for the flight but then was placed on hold and when the fellow came back he said that there was a n error and that there would also be a fee of over $500 a person on top of the tickets. I complained to him and he said he could bring it down to about $400 a piece. I explained to him that the net result of this mark-up was that there was essentially no credit, even though we payed extra to have the ability to cancel our previous tickets. This eventually went up the chain to a person wh uh o tried to explain that to take the first booking and change it to a different destination would result in the extra fees. This was not explained when we originally paid for the initial tickets. To me this sounds like they dont want to credit the flight and to do this they just added fees.

      When I purchased 3 Airway Tickets, one of ticket I input the wrong last name, and ************************** told me can not change it, then I called airliner customer service, they said I have to ask ************************** to make change, so I called back again but they still don't help me to change, so I loss one Air ticket and I have to purchased other one.

      Yesterday I booked a round trip ticket. Then some person called my husband an got my phone number.. the person called me and tried to to sell me assistant help because Im old. I told him several times I didnt want that $40 charge. I do like that my conformation was held up by him. I do not want any salesman calling me!******* ******
