    Very unhappy with service of Fox nation. I tried to seek help with refund but got run around and no live person to call me.

    Fox Nation has the worst customer support I have ever seen. My subscription came up for renewal on April 9th. I canceled my subscription on April 10th. They sent me a email saying they would not refund the $59.49 that I paid for the subscription. I couldnt reach anyone at Fox by phone. Folks beware of this company. They are ready to take your money. These are mean belligerent people.

    I subscribe to a seven day free trial of Fox Nation on the sixth day I canceled, but then I was still charged of $63.06 . I had a dispute with my bank, the $63.06 was credited, but now I received a letter from my bank Fox Nation will be taken out the $63.06 from my account on 5/02/2025

    I paid Fox Nation for a year subscription. I am suppose to be able to put it on 3 devices.Can get it on my phone and a tv upstairs. It will not connect to my livingroom tv. I have contacted FOX NATION by text many times. Just get the run around. I wanted to get reimbursed for the time I didn't get it. They state they will cancel it but I will have service until August 2025. They do not reimburse. This has been a nightmare. We are livingroom tv watchers not bedroom.

    UNABLE TO USE THEIR APP , WHICH I SUBSCRIBED THROUGH ON THEIR SITE . NOT ON **** OR ANY OTHER STREAMING SERVICE- UNABLE TO FIND SOLUTIONS THROUGH THEIR WEB SITE OR FIND A CHAT. I FIND MANY OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS ONLINE AND NO SOLUTIONS. THEY WILL GET PEOPLE ONCE, BUT THEY WILL NOT GET CONTINUED SUBSCRIBERSHIP! THEIR PROGRAMS THAT I HAVE SEEN ON COMPUTER ARE NOT WORTH WATCHING OR PAYING FOR ANYWAY!

    You get all these people to subscribe to Fox Nation for the Patriot Awards and then we can't get into it. If I wanted to wait to see the recording on ********* I wouldn't have subscribed to Fox Nation. Very.angry

    I have been trying for 3 days now online, email and chat room and getting no response. I want to cancel my subscription and it does not allow you to do so on your account information. I am getting really frustrated with *** and their customer service that is poorly handled.Recommend no one *** for this service because *** does not allow you to cancel

    At the time of this occurrence, I did not have a streaming or cable package that would let me watch Fox News. Someone told me that if I subscribed to Fox Nation that I would be able to watch my favorite programs up there. So I signed up on Fox Nation. In less than thirty minutes it became apparent that this wasn't possible (to watch Fox News) and there was little available that was of interest to me. So, I immediately returned to my computer and cancelled the subscription.
    Imagine my surprise today when I received an email from them saying, "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: Your next billing will take place on your renewal date of 10/19/2024." They had not cancelled the subscription!
    I know this because I went to their website and clicked chat. The chat representative told me, "NAME REMOVED (9/20/2024, 3:38:05 PM): I was able to locate your account using this email address (ADDRESS REMOVED). I can see here that you have an active subscription."
    She further informed me that no cancellation is accepted for a full month! "NAME REMOVED (9/20/2024, 3:38:57 PM): Your subscription will remain active until 10/19/24 and you will no longer incur future charges."
    So what would have happened if I had not followed up after receiving that email? I suspect I would have found another fee next month on my credit card.
    I cannot believe that a corporation the size of this corporation is in such bad shape financially that they have to resort to fraudulently taking money from consumers. Frankly, how can it be anything but that when someone has a membership for less than thirty minutes?
    WARNING TO CONSUMERS: Be 100% positive in advance that you will want this membership. Because if you sign up for Fox Nation, your cancellation will not be honored at the time you cancel. They lock you in for a full month whether you want it or not. At the very least, this is very unethical behavior.

    Signed up for Fox Nation app and canceled it 10 minutes later ( couldn't get live news ) 30 + days later my card was charged $75 + contacted customer service was told I had no account and I was not billed, sent screen shot of charges and was told I have no account so they can't help. Someone at the company is getting our $ , it's not just me it's happening to lots of folks. **** shame a multi million $ company has to rip off the little people.
