over a month ago fox nation has failed to relaunch our app.for Fox Nation on our fire stick. We have contacted then over six times over the phone, but they never called us back and tried to chat with them twice with no results. we have not been able to open the app for fox nation for many weeks. We have tried to uninstall it and then reinstall it and it goes to OPEN but when we click on it , it still won't open. We cannot talk to anyone and the last time we tried to chat with them about our complaint their only comment was for us to put in our credit card number to chat with an EXPERT, what is that, is that their answer to customer serviceeanBusiness Response

Fox Nation charged my account twice, I originally signed up for a year subscription on March 2, 2025 for $65.56. On April 2nd, they charged me $39.11 when I already paid the year subscription. On December 25, 2024, I bought a one-year subscription ($30.96) to Fox Nation. However, I was not able to get the Fox Nation channel activated until February 10, 2025. I followed the online instructions, and it said my account was activated. But when I tried to access it on our television, it wanted me to start a free trial that would later become a paid subscription. I had already paid for the subscription!So I tried many chats with Fox Nation to help me. Once I got cut off. Other times I was told to try a temporary password. I would run from my computer in the basement to my TV on the next floor, and when it didnt work, I would come down to my computer to troubleshoot with the chat **** and the chat would have ended. This happened over and over! I would start a new chat, explain the situation AGAIN, and Id either get a temp password or be asked to take a photo. And when Id come back, the chat would be ended! I started so many chats and would beg them NOT to hang up while I ran up to my TV. They only offered online chats, not a phone conversation where I could take my phone with me. One rep told me I needed to check back every minute or two. How could I, when they asked me to run up the stairs to do whatever they asked?On February 10, my chat was transferred to a supervisor. He stayed online and was FINALLY able to help me. After I got the Fox Nation channel activated, I said I thought they should give me a credit for not having the service for a month and a half. I was told I had agreed to no refunds when I signed up. I was not looking for a refund. I was looking for the one full year of service, for which I paid.I found a phone number for ********* which included an option for Fox Nation. I did not get a live person only voicemail. I called twice, asking to extend my subscription to February 10 of 2026. If they provided better support, such as a person I could talk to on the phone, I could have rectified the problem sooner.Business Response

Earlier today I received a note from my bank about a charge I did not make, a recurring subscription to Fox Nation, part of Fox Corporation in ***. I tried to contact a live human being to resolve the issue, after putting in a stop payment with my bank, but there is no live human at Fox Corporation to help, only Ai loop messages. I did not set up an account with **********************, but somehow someone accessed my ****** account to make this bogus charge. I wanted to find out who used my name to set up that account. When I did get someone in the ***************** at *** they apologized for not being able to put a manager online. It looks like I will have to drop email messages to ****** *******, and his son, ******* *******, as well as to **** ******, COO, and president, to resolve this issue. I did change my password at ******, and told my bank to cancel anything from Fox Nation. I do want to complain about a lack of any means to resolve problems with this company.Business Response

I renewed my 2-Year subscription of Fox Nation on 08/22/2024. I logged into my account today to see that they did a bait and switch where they changed my service period to only 1-year even though I paid for 2 years of service. The description still shows the service listed as 2-years, my ****** purchase confirmation shows 2 years as well, but my account now only lists the service for 1-year. I contacted Support and they said they no longer offer a 2-year plan; however, when I go into my account, I am shown pricing options which now show a 2-year plan for an increased price of $99 (Screenshot shown for reference). The support ***resentative kept contradicting this, saying they no longer offer a 2-year plan even though I indicated this was coming up in my account. As such, I am requesting a full refund of the $64.99 I paid for this service as they are not willing to assist me with rectifying the issue. I have attached screenshots of my original ****** invoice clearly showing the charge that was processed for $64.99 for a 2-year plan. I have attached my billing history from Fox Nation verifying that I had purchased a 2-year plan, and lastly, a screenshot of of the new pricing plans they offer contrary to the *** saying they no longer offer 2-year plans.Any assistance on this is appreciated.Business Response

I ordered Fox Nation thinking I would be able to get regular ********* I discovered that regular ******** was not part of the selection.I chatted with ****** customer service as I had thought that the order was placed through ******, and I was told that service had been cancelled.A week later I was charged $64 for a subscription to Fox Nation. I disputed the charge with my bank, but they said *** was authorized to charge me.These subscription services are a rip off. In some cases I have been successful at getting charges reversed when something like this has happened, but in many cases they just take your money. They should have to email you when the free trial period is about to end and allow you to unsubscribe before charging your account.Business Response

I wanted to watch Fox Nation. I have *****I signed up for the 7 day free trial for Fox Nation more than one year ago.I was unaware that I would be charged a $65.00 fee for FOXCORP.I was charged in November 2024 for a one year subscription for ******* and the charge was supposedly a renewal from ******* {for Fox Nation.?}How can I be charged for something I didnt know I had? I dont know what it is, and I dont know how to use it.I have learned that in order to watch FOX NATION a cable carrier is needed or a streaming service of some kind needed which I already have. This is very misleading as FOX NATION advertises a monthly fee and no where did it say a charge for $65 nor does it say a cable service provider is needed in order to watch Fox Nation.I am extremely frustrated with a company that I am unable to contact.I dont mind paying for something if I know what it is, and how to use it.I am thinking that I was scammed.The phone number on my invoice is invalid and inoperable.A live customer service person for ******* appears to be non existent.This is supposed to be Fox Nation Renewel. On January 18th, 2022 I signed up for a subscription with Fox nation that was supposed to be free to veterans/military/first responders. Today I went to see if I still had an account with ******************** and to make sure I knew my login information at which time I was very surprised to find out they had charged me $163.99 since January 18th, 2022. At which time I contacted one of there agents and told them what my concerns were. They were able to refund me $64.99 leaving a charge of $99. On top of the fact that this subscription was supposed to be free due to my spouse being a veteran and first responder my husband, not knowing I already had an account, also signed up for a subscription on November 10th, 2023. So we have 2 subscription for one household which clearly if I had been notified I wasnt receiving the free subscription I had signed up for I would have cancelled as why would anyone sign up for 2 of the exact same subscriptions for one household. Ive actually never once even signed into or used the subscription. Lastly due to being charged $99 when I was supposed to be getting a free subscription we want to cancel my spouses subscription but are told we wont be given any type of refund if we do.Business Response
