    I have been working with Fox Nation for years now to straighten out my reception through Xfinity, who I have been paying for the connection for years with little or no relief! At first Fox Nation was not uploading their items so I was even able to see them on my TV! Then it got a little better and I was able to see some of the advertised additions within about a week!In addition, I have never been able to receive a veteran discount in all of these years. Every time that I attempted to apply on the site told me that I did not have an account! Recently, I tried to activate Fox Nation on my iPhone through the iPhone app by using ********** account. At first the app allowed me to the attempt to log through provider and immediately told me that I did not have a Fox Nation account and switched me to a create an account on the app. I went into Chat function to resolve it! I gave the bot/said he/she was real, explained everything to the person who claimed they fixed everything and gave me 1 year of free service. The person had done none of these things, would not take my e-mail, and eventually ask me if they could do anything else for me! Of course, all of this time, patience, and price are totally unacceptable!What do I want: 1) straighten out my entire account from reversal years; 2) receive a veteran discount for Fox Nation; 3) Allow me to receive Fox Nation through Xfinity provider on my iPhone; and 4) receive the new Fox Nation additions promptly! I need this fixed promptly. Thank you

    The news department are NOT being posting complete the news recorded via their own media video. It get cut off in the middle of the video recorded. Also, their video player media system is awful, it takes to much time to download. Newsmax beat them by a lot as other network news. So, bottom line is that they are hitting toward *** spot if they don't do anything about it. I did complain to them directly but I guess that they don't care. And last but NOT least, why the viewer have to sign in everytime to read an article? News should be free for the "PEOPLE" even if is NOT true news.

    This is elder abuse, I am an 81 year old window that was ripped of by the Fox Corporation. Fox Nation prompted me during March of this year to either continue or cancel my upcoming subscription, I selected not to continue. My service was promptly cut in April, so I assumed that my subscription was terminated until my card was charged $74.08, which I disputed unsuccessfully. When I contacted customer support at Fox, I was told that I must cancel again on the Fox App. in in order not to be charged again in 2025, which is impossible because I was terminated and it is impossible to follow their direction for cancelation. This is so outrageous that I must follow this up with governmental intervention in my case.

    t's next to impossible to cancel this once it's started. It's even harder to get a human being to help you after they rip you off. I was told they won't give me a refund after an unauthorized charge for a whole additional year that I never wanted. I told them I would complain to my CC company and then they said that they would make an exception and give me a refund. I'm still waiting!

    Started a free trial in November of 2023. My standard practice is to immediately cancel after activating a free subscription; that was done. Only until they couldnt process a $5.99 payment did I get an email saying We Cannot Process Your Payment. I never received emails saying they took the $5.99 a month, only an email once they couldnt collect. After following their screenshot instructions the cancelation button is no where to be found. Their visual shows a button to click, but is it not there. If those instructions didnt work their next step was to start an on-site chat. Hours are posted for when reps are available yet after opening a request it says Chat Unavailable and has for 4 days now. I called multiple ******** offices to try and talk to a human yet all phone numbers lead to voicemails. I have still not been contacted by this company after leaving numerous voicemail and emailing multiple people in their management.

    I subscribed to a two year subscription as a surprise gift fir my parents when *** ran a special. I called to tell them I only wanted to pay fir the two years, because this was a gift. I asked to change the email/login/ credit card to them when I gifted it. I was told I couldnt change it, but could just give them the login information and after two years, when it expired, they would just get a new account then. I told them that was fine, but I just wanted to be sure it would just be for two years. They said it would expire. They renewed the two years anyway. Credit ************ wants proof of cancellation, but since I did it by phone two years ago, I have no proof. Emailed the company, but got no reply at all. They should never have told me they would stop it at two years if they werent going to do that. I will never subscribe for anyone again. If I hadnt called and explained the situation it would be on me, but I did and was given false information that has cost me a charge two years later that I did not approve.

    Phoned their website to get help with their programing on Spectrum & used their **** feature to explain why the frequency used to send their info to Spectrum was intermittently not accurate. After explaining that times listed did not match what was showing in that time-slot. Another station with the same frequency on Spectrum did not have any trouble. Also some recorded shows could not be fast-forwarded during replay. The **** said she would connect me to the experts who could solve the problem. It then connected me to a site that I would have to pay $1 to get service. Of course, when they wanted me to use PayPal or my credit card to pay, I quit the site. It wasn't even a Fox "expert." The whole Help function appears to be a scam to get my credit card information.

    I started my trial subscription when *************************** was promoting it. It rolled over into a full year subscription, without me signing anything or agreeing to continue with an auto renewal.Without any prior notice, they went ahead &auto renewed 2 weeks ago. I told them to cancel & reimburse as I didn't agree to auto renew. They refuse & won't give me any proof of an agreement.So now, I am out of $68.56 that should go to groceries or other necessities. This is pure *****************

    I have been paying for FOX Nation for months but I am not able to access the FOX Nation Channel. They don't have anyone you can actually speak to; just email and chat (WHICH IS SHAMEFUL). I have sent numerous emails, voicemails and I have not had any satisfactory. They simply say, you signed the agreement, you pay for it. It's not their fault if it doesn't work! I even tried to cancel my account via their cancellation email, and FOX Nation didn't get that right either. Despicable! It's thievery and FOX should be ashamed and do the right thing.I would like a credit for six months at $5.99/ per month. Is there a ZERO rating? It would be well below that.

    Charges for ***** dollars for something I never asked for. Disabled retired on fixed income. No wonder ****** left!
