    This company is ********. They advertise incorrectly what they are livestreaming. 10 minutes after realizing their lie, I called to get my money refunded. Also, it took **************************************************** upgrade twice. I was told I would get a full refund back and then only got $16 back. They kept $ *****. WATCH out, they have misleading business practices and then tell you they will refund and that they are sorry about the inconvenience and then lie. they told me it would take 3 weeks for the refund, I waited, followed up and now they are saying their policy is about a prepaid service and that they have no evidence of my attempt to cancel the service, which I did on June 10 when the issue happened. BE WARE

    Crooks! Had a 7 day free trial, and they charged me $91 on the 6th day! Other friends said to beware of this. I should've listened. Never again!

    Predatory and fraudulent company. My debit card on file was canceled due to it being lost. I reached out to Fubo and explained and they offered me an extension until I got a new debit card but explained they would continue to try to charge. I knew the card would decline because it was deactivated so I wasnt concerned. The day my payment was due, I saw a charge from Fubo on a credit card. I never added nor consented to them using this card. All I can think is that they retrieved it from my Apple Pay. I cannot figure out how it was added because it was not me. I canceled and was refunded.

    I wouldn't give them a star at all. It is a rip off. They take your money and the fubo stops working. They charge almost 100 dollars a month and it's nothing but repeats and freeze **** When ya call they give you a run around. And then says it is not refundable. They took the payment from my account and ******************** freezes up the same day they take it from your account. Something needs to be done with companies like this that are ripping people off with no explanation and no refund. Bad business to the American people.

    Big liars and cheaters. TWICE I signed up for their free trial, cancelled before the trial ended, and TWICE they charged me the full subscription. They refunded my money the first time, but the second time, they didn't. They are a HUGE scam! I now have disputed the charge with my *********** DO NOT sign up for this mess.

    Was with Fubo for 2 years. Wanted to watch March Madness but Fubo does not carry most of the networks. Went with another streaming service and is $40 cheaper a month.Canceled my Fubo subscription. The next month Fubo charged me and when I called they wouldn't refund my money and was supposed to cancel again and delete my card off file. Next month charged me again lady refunded my money which I never got and was supposed to remove my card once again from file. The next day I was charged again. Spoke with customer service again same thing. Went a couple of months everything was good and noticed my account had been charged again. This time I had my attorney contact them so maybe this time they will stop stealing my money

    Fubo is a terrible company We dropped ********** because each month they raise the price so we wanted to trial Fubo and watch a baseball game they advertised 6 day trial and wife signed up but I guess she trialed before and they charged my account 109 we used service for literally 3 hours and noticed charge and cancelled Called customer service and they said they could not help Do not use this service total trash and not customer service 109 dollars down drain during tuff economic times

    OH MY GOSH, RUN THE OTHER WAY! Stay away from FUBO! Seriously, not kidding! What a ripoff! After the VERY SHORT trial period, I CANCELLED. AND they didn't do what they said they would, send an email when trial period about up. BUT I cancelled, got confirmation email on that. YET TWICE tho they tried to charge my credit card *****! Might as well have stayed with cable at that price! To get them to stop trying to charge me, which was not going to happen, since I LOCKED my card, I had to do a chat with an agent. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT bother with these people!!!!

    Fubo is a scam. They advertised on ****** that they were showing the 11.20.24 ******************* game so I signed up for the free trial. Fubo liedthey did not carry the game. False advertising to get you to sign up. I immediately cancelled the free trial on my cell. Fubo ended up charging me $102 for two months. I spent countless hours calling them (their ridiculous chat is worthless). After dozens of calls, spent 50 minutes on the phone w/a heavily accented *** who could not understand a word I was saying, He promised to file my complaint & said Id receive an email response in 48hrs. Of course I never did, which resulted in countless attempts to reach a customer service *** by phone again but every call got dropped or I received a message that their phone system was having issues & to call back later. I used my ***************** credit card for the free ************ have been worthless in fighting this fraud. Ive had my AA Citicard MC for 25yrs and will be cancelling it.Fubos free trial is a scam. Stream elsewhere.
