    I started a free trial with Fubotv and forgot to cancel. There was no email alerting me that I was now into a regular monthly subscription and I accidentally paid for 6 months of service at $75/month that I didnt want. I contacted Fubotv and they would only give a $25 refund. This is a horrible business practice that is meant to trap people with surprise charges.

    However, as you mention, if you do not cancel your free trial with us before it expires, you do get automatically enrolled into a paid subscription with us, and it keeps auto renewing until the user cancels from his side. We do inform on this at the time of registration as well as in our Terms of Service, that customers agree with upon registration.
    Furthermore, please kindly note that the email with the reminder of the end of the trial couls have been filtered into your spam inbox. Also, this is only one of the ways we use to let you know about the exact date and time your trial will expire. We inform you about this during the registration process, for instance.

    The website clearly states that I could get a free trial but not one package actually allows a free trial. Each one states, "*There is no free trial with this plan." When I contacted the company, this was their response."******* (fuboTV)Aug 7, 2022, 3:18 PM EDT Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us! I don't care where I live, that's wrong and just plain stupid business practice. How do you expect this to work out well for you?

    There was no confusion. It was very clear what was happening. If everything was fine as you suggested, then why have you now changed your website in ******? If you had simply said that you were using your US website for ******, which resulted in your company posting errant information and now you've changed your website so it isn't incorrect, that would have been curious but reasonable. Instead, the response of your representative and your response here reflects so poorly on your company.

    This company is operating very unethically. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and very unfriendly staff. When signing up I was notified that I would receive a cancellation reminder email before my trial period was up, which I did not receive. I would not have signed up for this trial had I known I would not be receiving the reminder email. When I called the supervisor was rude and condescending and it was not a pleasant experience. After calling I was informed that they would not give a full refund even though they did not send the reminder email. I was unable to cancel my subscription through the app and had to and had to call customer service, which was also hard to get through to because the automated service kept repeating the same options over and over even though I was selecting the appropriate option. This feels like a run around in order to keep people from cancelled so they can then deny refund. I was told that I could only get a partial refund and would still be charge for the month I used the service, even though only used this service twice during the trial period. Would not recommend this service, do not sign up with FuboTV!

We hace reviewed our system with the email address provided and it shows that our system sent you an automatic email with a reminder of the end of your trial on Jul 26, 2022 at 02:35 AM which was before your free trial expired. This email appears as clicked. However, please kindly note that this is only one of the ways we use to let you know about the exact date of your trial expiration. We also inform on you on this during the registration process, as well of on our Terms of Service, that customers agree to upon subscription. If you cancel after being charged, you still have access to the platform until the end of your prepaid period. Best Regards

    I don't remember signing up with this crooked company. I just found I was being billed and went through my bank statements and seen that they have been charging me for months now!!! They are very sly and don't send you any notices, receipts, anything because they are hoping you haven't noticed the charges so they can continue milking your bank account. My husband only receives disability and we can't afford this luxury! But they've messed with the wrong person. I've got a huge family and tons of friends and I'm going to make sure they all know. They're going to tell their friends and families and so on. And when it starts to quiet down I'm going to start it all over again.

    I have proof that I never signed up with you. I'm gonna have to use legal counsel because I don't trust you. I can see from other reviews that you have done this to many other people. You only post these answers to make it look like your trying to work with people to resolve these issues. But all of the links you send take me back to the same place I was before and I end up with no answers again! What information do you need? You didn't seem to have trouble finding my bank account. Just let me know how we can resolve this without having to go through all of this trouble. I intend to tenaciously pursue this until I have answers!
