Order #******** I received an approval email on September 15th after sending in my impression pictures stating that everything looked good and I would be receiving my order in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I still did not receive so I reached out and was told it was now taking 2-4 weeks due to influx of order. 4 weeks passed still nothing. It is now almost 2 months and I still have not received my purchase. Ive emailed, called many of times and continue to get lied to about the status of my item. I was told I would receive an email to update me but nothing. I feel very mislead by the advertising of this company. I tried to to get the order canceled but they will not cancel since its in production. I am moving out of the country this week so I will not able to receive order. I shouldnt have to continue to pay hundreds of dollars for this. Something needs to be done. This is their mistake and they should do right by the customer. Purchased Pop on veneers solely because their advertising said you could eat with them. My front teeth are perfect no issue with cosmetic. Bottom back teeth ore missing and wanted to use these to eat as I have to save for implants and these weren't too bad a cost. Received 5 weeks later and immediately tried to eat with them. There is no way whatsoever you can eat with these. they flop all around. they feel like they were made out of the old vampire teeth plastic. I immediately returned them, and they said I still had to pay 180 dollars for their inconvenience. ? I used Pop On Veneers - I spent close to $600 and received what I paid for. I reached out Thursday asking if there were any options available as I knew I was over *************************************** refunded and the customer service rep said they have their pop on promise and I could get up to 2 remakes or a partial refund. Going with that cust. service rep - someone else eventually responds saying that I'm over 30 days and nothing can be done (even though the email thread has me stating that I'm over 30 days and a rep saying they would work with some options.)I go to log into my account and place a review - as I paid money for their product, I should minimally be entitled to review it and its telling me my account does not exist.Business Response

This company has falsified there guarantee to me and other customers! I have purchased a set of there product for over $700.00 and received everything just fine however the first week there bottom product broke/cracked and i requested a new set which they did then the same thing happened again which they replaced however AGAIN! in the same way the third set broke within a week(not chewy or eating) I spoke with a supervisor they said the would re-issue another set but this time send photos of the damages so we can ***** the issue and try and make my purchase work correctly as designed. A short time after i received a email stating they are not going to complete a replacement now... Which frustrated me as returned the email and asked why not response, I called several time with no assistance at all, they told me to buy another set at a discounted price and i responded why so those will break as well no thank you please keep your work about my purchase and then they hung up on me. I understood why the company offers remakes for customers that are unhappy with fitment or color but mine kept breaking. Placed order from a SMALL impression kit. They do not have smalls so they sent a medium. I contacted them to let them know that a medium is to big. I bought these under a financing plan in which I paid religiously until the product broke. I made multiple attempts to get the company to replace them and they wouldnt because I stopped paying due to the product breaking. Pop On Veneers has charged me hundreds of dollars and it has been weeks and I never received my product. When I call, no one answers, and an automated recording disconnects the call. When reaching out via email, it is more automated responses saying they will check into the order and all I receive are more automated emails. The emails state that it will be weeks longer due to high demand to fill my order. I paid for expedited shipping and processing. I have requested several times for a refund. This company is fraudulent and scamming people. Pop On Veneers said they will only give a partial refund if I cancel my order. Even though the reason I am cancelling is because I never received my order due to their "high demand." It is one scam after the next. They keep telling me to wait a couple more weeks to receive my product. If I cancel my order, I will not receive any refund. They keep telling me to wait so they can continue to charge me. The work that was done by pop-on veneers was horrible they did not fit my mouth and was not even completely finished product I'm asking for a full refund and out of the money that they took in they're only going to refund me back approximately 30%. I saw their ad on ********* I responded to a post and asked questions. They sent me a link to their website. The website said the normal $49 home measure kit for veneers was now free. If you weren't happy, you could get a refund. I tried them. It was 600$. When paying, it gave me the offer to pay it off over 4 payments. It did not say anything about penalties if you did not keep the veneers. They sent me a kit. I apparently didn't do it correctly so they sent me another kit, without me agreeing to another. They also sent me an email saying I could go to *** to get them digitally measured instead. They never said this would cost money. When I finally got my veneers in, they were comically terrible. They were on the level of halloween vampire teeth. They looked nothing like the pictures. Like the space between were not deep at all. I returned them. I was refunded 400$ and told that my refund was the total minus 213$ for the multiple measure kits and for the payment plan. I emailed them back, where I had been emailing them while ordering. They never responded. I message on ******** pictures and realized they delete all negative comments. Had I read negative comments, I would never have tried these. They work fraudulently and are not clear on hidden costs.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Hello. I am a student and it take me a few weeks to respond to the message. I did not see there was a time limit as the impact took months to respond.
They have not resolved anything. They are not answering messages and they are still deleting my comments on social media.
Please let me know to redo this or undo them receiving a resolution as they are a scam company. Before they can delete comments you can see everyone else that has problems. They are not clear in pricing and a abusive in their practices. They need to be shut down.
