    I contacted Pop On Veneers to order a set of Veneers. They shipped me an impression kit which I used and sent back my kiytg impressions. About 3-4 weeks later I received my veneers. Top and bottom arches. What I received was a very cheap and ridiculous mold of some fake looking teeth. I've seen vampire teeth at Halloween look better than these things. I would NEVER wear these Veneers. I would be embarrassed to be out in public with these things in my mouth. I contacted Pop On and expressed my dissatisfaction with the item I received and that I wanted my money back. They responded and said if I shipped the Veneers back they would give me a portion of my money. I boxed EVRYTHING back up that they sent me and shipped it back using their prepaid label about 4 days ago They contacted me today and said they only received my bottom arch back and sent me a picture of a mostly empty box claiming I didn't ship everything back. I AM CERTAIN that I shipped everything back, my partner watched me box it up and seal the box. They are trying to pull a fast one to try to keep from refunding my money. Why would I keep thr top arches. I wouldn't be caught dead with these ridiculous things in my mouth. I think this entire operation is a scam! I think they are lying so they can steal people's money. I want my refund!

    Not resolved. I shipped everything back that they said I 'they needed in order to give a partial refund. They tried to lie and say I only shipped back the bottom arch. Which is incorrect as I shipped back EVERYTHING.  Then they told me that they processed my refund and that I would have it in 5 to 7 days. After 8 or 9 days I inquired about my refund and was told that I ordered a remake and the money was used for that and i wouldn't be getting a refund. There make was never made, I never did the second set of impressions. So what they are doing now is lying AGAIN so they can steal my money. I followed the instructions on their Pop On Promise, shipped EVRRYTHING back, now they are creating lies , claiming they made something that they didn't,  all  so they can steal my money.  I think its time that a class action law suit be filed. This company is a scam. The item you receive is NOT anywhere near as nice as what they advertise. These people are a bunch of dishonest theives. They won't refund my money because I told them that their product is garbage, which it is. I've done everything that they instructed me to do. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!

    These people take your $$ but dont deliver the product and Will continue to give excuses by email and you cant talk to a live person and they delete all negative comments and block you so you cant warn any other potential customers! They are scamming people out of their hard earned money!

    I ordered pop on veneers and was told the company guaranteed they would fit properly. The initial visit resulted in a poor quality veneer and they said it would be replaced. I asked them to schedule a visit for the new ones and instead, they mailed it to my home. The second pair caused bleeding and were so poorly made and defective that I couldn't even try it on again. I immediately went back to the company, and the manager, *****, told me that they would fully refund the price even though there was a cancellation policy because they stand by their product. This was not true, a partial refund was issued, which I disputed with my credit card company. Pop on veneers has replied to the credit card company, with false information. I understand the return policy but it doesn't apply to goods sold that are defective and hazardous to the consumer. The company is being untruthful in what they told him and going by their policy only. I want the remaining balance to be returned. This is the worse customer experience, as a disable senior citizen, that I have ever experienced. Please help! Thank you!

    I spoke to a customer service representative in order to cancel an order placed on 10/4/22 (********). I went into their *** location on the following day (10/5/2022) for a digital scan. I was informed this morning (10/7/22) that I have to go in for another scan as the one their tech did is not good and they are unable to move forward. I asked for a one week rush as I need the veneers for an important event and now through no fault of my own there is a delay in addition to additional expenses incurred to return to *** for another scan. The agent was unable to accommodate. I will accept nothing but a full refund since I will not receive the product as promised. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.

    Placed order 8/22/22. Was supposed to receive order within 2 weeks. Last contacted 9/12/22 to check on status, was told the order would be made would ship by 9/18/22. Then I received the order all the sudden 2 days later?These are "custom made" "veneers" that snap on over your real teeth. They cost almost $250 for just the top. The "teeth" I received were cheap plastic, didn't fit my teeth, had sharp edges, trapped water and liquid between my real teeth and the fake garbage they sent that was NOT custom made to fit and look as promised. Plus they angled forward and stuck out like "bucked teeth".*********** originally said they'd refund less a charge. When I agreed and asked how to return they went back on what they said. Once they discovered they couldn't charge me for a mold kit (because they never sent me one) they went back on their promise to provide a refund. Now they're saying they'll only offer to provide 20% off a full new set which costs almost $650??This place duped me, sent me a product that was NOT custom made (wasnt made or ready when promised after they kept pushing the ship date back, then all the sudden shipped) and did not fit, gave me a junk product, promised a refund then went back on their offer.I just want my money back. These are NOT as promised, don't fit as promised, etc. *********** lies and deceives people, then removes negative feedback/reviews on their website and social media pages. They're phony and scamming people out of money!!!

I would like a guarantee that they will follow through on the refund, not take it back and offer a 30% discount on more trash from their company. Once they actually follow through on THEIR promise, I will consider this done. Until then, it is NOT resolved. They've lied to me MULTIPLE times already which was why I filed this complaint against them. They stole my money for Halloween toys, promised to refund, then said they'd only give a discount on my next order instead...?!?

    I'd ordered from this place based on the reviews as well as the extensive promises of excellence, quality and satisfied service. I'm a doctor and an actress and really needed these veneers. I was sent garbage. I'd done 4 impressions, and was told they were excellent, however what I was sent back was absolute trash. The upper teeth were crooked as were the bottoms. In addition the bottoms had a glob of product built across them that I could feel with my fingers and tongue. The teeth came no where near the gums and looked like clown teeth. If I did wanna impress anyone with that smile, I'd get laughed at instead due to audacity. I've requested a refund but, was told that I'll only be sent a partial refund, which I DO NOT UNDERSTAND and is nowhere in the advertisement. I'm deserve a complete refund because I now have to pay more to get them done by an experienced professional. You can't get them in the phone, they don't readily respond to emails and the one time I did get them on the phone, they were rude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

    I ordered & was charged $500.00 from pop on Veneers. The package with the Molding and instructions arrived damaged. I have been 5 Months trying to get a new package with impressions but they do not answer there phone or emails.     I made a purchase and a day later broke a tooth resulting in my having to cancel the order. Pop on Veneers is not responding to email, and can't be reached by phone.

    I ordered this veneers thinking its a good product from what they advertised, after waiting for a long time to received the veneers when i finally tried it on its like a boxing mouthpiece unusable like a toy and the price is less than $400!!! I immediately contacted them less than an hour when i got the veneers i would like to return it that same day but nobody replied to me about the return label until just now sunday night and they dont want to return the whole amount its a scam they know costumers wont be able to use it so even when costumers return the product they get money from because they charge or deduct a lot of this and that ! Dentist already told me it shouldnt look like this cannot even close or bite please help

     Business still did not  refund me of the whole amount, in reality i still paid for it,  the still scammed me even though they received the item back and they are not worried about BBB thats why they are not replying back to you a lot of costumers are complaining should have a class action against this business so the money should be returned to the poor people they trickedthey took $114 they only should just charged me $45 for the mixing tray but not the veneers that is poorly done poor quality

    This company charges upwards of $700 for what they claim to be "quality" veneers . I was a horrible experience from beginning to the end. I tried to cancel before they were made because they did not honor the 2 week guarantee. They are horrible and they set me up by not cancelling my order in a timely fashion so that I may receive a full refund minus $49 for the impression kit. But as soon as I submitted the cancellation paper work all of a sudden I get a phone call saying the product "shipped". Which ending up taking about 4 weeks. But not really, I think they only created a label because what was supposed to be 2 day air ended up another 2 weeks to receive.Once I received them they were not quality at all, they are one in the same as Halloween teeth. And costume teeth are more comfortable. I am more than happy to return them with their prepaid return slip, but they are saying they will only give a Partial refund! They said owe them $150 for horrible customer service and an even worse product. This is unacceptable! I did not receive what I thought I was ordering. It is not as if I just up and decided I didn't want them. They failed to hold up their end of the bargain with turn around time. And then again with quality. I want ALL my money back, this is thievery at its best! A whole racket. I want a full refund not a partial refund.
