    Absolutely terrible and delicate material used for product. They give you 30-days to have the veneers remade or refunded but it's an almost 30-day turnaround time for just one remake and mine still got cracks (even though I hardly used it after a remake). I was not even offered any kind of refund. I definitely would not recommend this product to even my worst enemy.

To clarify, the warranty upon receiving your original pair of veneers is 30 days, however we offer up to 2 remakes. The 30 day warranty period restarts after you have received your first remake. The reason for our 30 day remake or return policy is because if you are experiencing fitting or cosmetic issues, that would be evident to our clients within the first 30 days. Unfortunately it is difficult to determine how veneers *** have been broken after the 30 day window, as there are numerous circumstances that *** be out of our control after that time period.     I love my top and bottom new teeth! They snap in and are comfortable. I recommend this over pulling teeth and getting dentures!

    It was simple to do. When receiving my original set the teeth were slightly off. Sent them back and they remade them, for free, per their policy. They have been wonderful!

    Poor workmanship and quality. Material used melted inside my veneer case and now I can not use after only 3 months and I was told they will not replace instead I have to buy a replacement.

Kindly note, the 30 day remake or return policy begins 30 days from the date in which you receive your veneers. We must receive the completed remake/return form within the 30 day period in order to process your request. Our Pop On promise is included upon purchase, within our correspondence, and a required check of approval when completing our remake/return or cancellation form. From our records, we do see you reached out to us within the 30-day window. We replied with our remake form on 6/9/23, however, we did not receive a completed remake form from you. Please note in order to proceed with a remake the remake form must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your veneers. Additionally we did receive a call on  stating your veneers were damaged from being left in a hot car on 9/5/23. Kindly note that the longevity of the veneers depends on individual usage and how they are worn and handled on a daily basis. You can also learn more about how to make them last longer by following this link: *********************************************************. Unfortunately since you are outside your warranty period no further action can be taken at this time. However, if you are outside of your warranty, and are not experiencing fitting issues, you are eligible for up to 70% off our spare veneers! No new retakes needed! We use the scans we already have on file to recreate your custom made veneers. We are sorry your ************* had to end this way, but we do hope we were able to clarify any confusion surrounding our policies Have a wonderful rest of your day!

    These made my gums raw, gave me a headache, caused me to talk with a lisp, drool excessively and everyone knew they were fake. They charged me $160 to return them the same day I received them. That is very excessive!

    I wish there is no star option. Wasting time and money .Its look like a Halloween costume. When you wear it you will scared to yourself, like a vampire. If you don't believe, try it . They refunded me 50% , this way they make money $300 from each customer. I will fight for my other 50% or I will post everywhere my opinion about this very low quality company.
