Terrible!! This product was inferior. They look fake and hurt my teeth and when I tried to get a refund, they still charged me $ 407. Said I still have to pay for some of the materials. $400?I do not respect companies that do not stand behind their products. Purchase at your own risk!Pop On Veneers

I love them! People that are leaving bad reviews is because they didn't do the mold correctly! Reason they give u 3 molds! I messed the first one up so bad, the 2nd one was ok but my 3rd try was spot on & my teeth fit perfectly! They are not big, they are same size as my real teeth. My **************** thinks they are veneers lol I only wear them when I go out on the town. I was skeptical at first but took a chance, do not let the negative reviews make u change your mind!!! And this is not a paid review! There are plenty products out here that some people will be disappointed about!Pop On Veneers

I have been mostly happy with my veneers. I placed an initial order and was 100% pleased. I went to visit my grandchildren and their puppy ate my lower ******* ordered another upper and lower arch. The upper arch did not fit. I sent it back, but you all refused to send me a new one as it was ***************** date. I was very unhappy. I then got a nice offer for spares. I ordered 1 complete set and an additional upper arch. All in all, I have spent almost $2,000.00 with you. I love the veneers, I just wish you had a little more friendly customer service. My only complaint. I still feel like I should get a credit for the one I sent back. I paid for it and it was never fixed or returned.Pop On Veneers

We responded to you on 7/2 with options, however, we did not hear back from you. Per our Pop On Promise, we require a return form to be filled out within warranty in order for you to be eligible to return.As we did not receive a completed return form nor did we receive your veneers until well out of the warranty period, you are not eligible for a return. Also, for sanitary purposes, the veneers you sent back would have been discarded.Unfortunately, after Supervisory review and per our Pop On Promise we cannot offer an extension. To best assist you, please be sure to review our warranty and refund policy going forward. I think the product works great. I'm finally able to smile and laugh without being self conscious. They do take a bit to get used to, but it is worth it.Good support from the staff on questions too.Highly recommend.Pop On Veneers

Received my top veneer and wore them for a month the front split and tried to contacted them. By the time they sent me a email back my warranty ran out that day. If their stuff was quality they would have a better warranty. Very disappointed wasnt like I was asking for money just wanted a product that I paid all that money for.Pop On Veneers

Scammers!!! Please, beware!!! Ordered these veneers, was completely unsatisfied, tried to send them back and get a refund, but no one answered my emails. In addition to this, I could not remove my debit card from their website. I was making payments through their company called Partial.ly and it was there where my debit card could not be removed. Disputing the charges with the bank; however, this is the worst experience of my life. The veneers did not fit, were too small, I looked like Mr. ** when I had them on, and they looked completely FAKE!!! Please, please, please do not purchase their product! I don't care how many "great" reviews they have gotten. I wouldn't be surprised if the "great" reviews were because the people leaving them had gotten paid to do so. These people are scammers!!! We see that you had trouble with our remake and return request form. Please check your email and try again. Per our Pop On Promise, you're eligible for up to 2 remakes or a return for a partial refund. Our policy outlines the fees and deductions that are withheld at each stage of the customer journey. To clarify, the 120 days you mentioned is the timeframe in which a customer can request to cancel their order prior to receiving veneers and is not a timeframe for full refunds. Please note, we do not offer any full refunds. If you would like an estimated refund breakdown, please let us know and we'd be happy to have a member of **************** send you the information.
Chargebacks are typically filed once a customer is unable to come to a resolution with a respective company and would prefer to escalate the issue to their bank for resolution. Unfortunately, once a chargeback has been issued, we are unable to take any action on your account. When a chargeback is filed, payments made by the customer are fully reversed and removed from our account. In other words, all payments previously made by the customer are no longer retained once a chargeback is filed. If a chargeback is filed, we are unable to proceed with any requests as a chargeback cancels the order and escalates the issue to the customer's respective financial institution. Im sorry that others have had a negative experience but I cant say enough good things about Pop On Veneers! Their customer service has been wonderful and my veneers are perfect. *** received nothing but compliments on ************ and everyone thinks Ive had permanent veneers done . When I tell them theyre Pop On Veneers, theyre amazed ! Give them a chance if you want a better smile , they have helped my confidence so much !Pop On Veneers

I was very pleased on how quick Pop On Veneers responded to my order. And my smile looks very well at the moment. Until I get an implant put in for the tooth that I'm missing. You really can't tell they're fake for the most part, they look natural and fit well.Pop On Veneers
