    Due to the the high cost and the extensive time frame I was dealing with to acquire a permanent dental solution, led me to try a temporary solution pop on veneers. I couldn't be more satisfied with there service and performance of the final product. Thank you pop on veneers

    My experience was a negative one after my second set of vaneers arrived, they were horrible! They looked like vampire teeth and didn't fit. The one thing that boils my blood is that their return policy is a joke and the customer service is pointless. They make you feel bad for trusting their ads/ testimonials for a great product. Plus the return policy is a joke? An hour to cancel an order?! Most other competitors offer warranty and live consultations & a full refund if not satisfied after remakes. I just cannot believe after 6 molds the lab can't get it right for one set of vaneers. I do not recommend this company ever, its false advertising for stellar products and customer service. I demand a full refund- and all i get was you knew when placing an order and you MUST select I agree to even order. Im not sure what promise means to you, but in my world it means to deliver exceptional products and amazing customer service.

Our Pop On Promise is available when you purchase, included within all correspondence with our ********** Team, and is a required check of approval whenever completing our remake or return form. Additionally, within the correspondence from us, we have stated the following prior to your completion of our remake/return form, "Per our Pop On Promise, you're eligible for up to 2 remakes or a return for partial refund."     HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered veneers last year on the black Friday sale for $374. 3 weeks after not receiving a tracking number, I emailed them. They told me to wait since they have back orders. I said no problem. I had forgot after not hearing anything for or receiving any product or tracking or shipping for a while, until February when I received another one of their promo emails and I was about to order until I remember I had already ordered months ago. Upset that is has been now 3 months, I emailed them. After exchanging several emails, they said I should go pick it up at the *** Store, I went to the *** store and they said they only keep product for 1week before sending back or discarding. I told pop on veneers but no resolution. I didn't even neat their stuff after all this hassle. I failed a claim with my bank to get my money. But pop on veneers LIED and I was faulted and the bank gave them my money even though I have no product. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER COMPANY PLEASE. I HAVE LOST $375 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY JUST LIKE THAT.FRAUDULENT COMPANY! HORRIBLE SERVICES! LIARS! FRAUDSTERS! THIEVES! IF THEY CANNOT MEET DEMAND, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT MARKET THEIR PRODUCTS LIKE THEY CAN.

    Thank you for your feedback, *****! We are so sorry to hear this. We always look forward to improving our services with both our product and customer experience.
    We would like to apologize for the delay in your veneers being shipped due to production delays! As we previously stated, your veneers were marked delivered to a pick up location at the *** store location in your area on 12/23/22. We understand that you stated you went to the store and they advised they returned it to us. We have no records of receiving your package as returned to sender. When *** returns a package, the tracking link is also updated to show it is being returned to us.

    When all of our packages are shipped out to you, an email is automatically sent to you advising that your order is on the way. As well as a follow-up email when the package is delivered. Per ***, a lost package claim can be filed within 60 days of the date the package is marked delivered. The records we have indicate that the package was delivered and does not show it was returned to sender, additionally it was not received by us from ***. For an order to be eligible for a refund or a complimentary remake due to a lost package, a claim must be filed and resolved by *** stating the package was in fact lost.

    As you are now outside of the 60 day period to file a claim with ***, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund on your order. On 2/14/2022 we did indicate that we would be happy to enter a new order for a complimentary set of veneers with complimentary one week rush processing, we just needed your response to approve the complimentary remake and place it into production. However, we have not received a response from you since then, other than the email we received on 4/1/2023 which stated the following: " Up to today, I have never received the money back or the remake( which I don't even want) Why won't you guys give me back my money after I got no products?" in response to our complimentary offer.

    We also see that on 2/21/2023 you have filed a chargeback, which is currently still being reviewed by your financial institution. Unfortunately, once a chargeback has been issued, we are unable to take any action on your account. When a chargeback is filed, payments made by the customer are fully reversed and removed from our account. In other words, all payments previously made by the customer are no longer retained once a chargeback is filed. At this time, we are unable to proceed with any requests as a chargeback cancels the order and escalates the issue to the customer's respective financial institution. This is why we kindly ask all customers to allow us a chance to resolve their concerns prior to filing a chargeback. We will correspond with the respective financial institution to come to a resolution for the filed chargeback. Generally, your bank will review the evidence provided and resolve the chargeback within 60 days. We are sorry your smile journey had to end this way, but we do hope we were able to clarify any confusion surrounding your order.     The best money I could've spent on myself!! The whole process has been smooth: from making the initial molds to receiving the finished veneers, it's been nothing but great. There has been no issues--the results have been well worth the money. They fit great and the work is fantastic--especially how the gumline is an exact fit. You can tell this business really knows their work and do everything to make sure you are happy with the finished product. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Nothing but a great experience!!

    If you dont mind not being able to eat and having a lisp when you try to talk, go for it. But your in home kit isnt free when it comes time to return them when you run out of patience. That old rule of thumb if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Applies here. Good luck getting a refund. Scam.
