  I'm on the 4th (courtesy) remake and they still couldn't get it right. I've gotten veneers that looked like beaver teeth, rabbit teeth, and just plain Halloween feature teeth. I'm at my **** end. I have described what I wanted and sent the pictures to show them their error. I've waited since August for them to get this right and still nothing. This was my last attempt. So today's set, well let's just say these don't look any better than the ones I have sent back and they hurt. They don't fit right at all. I am more than over Pop On Veneers. Save your money and go to a real dentist because I'm out $600+ for a product I can't even use. If I could give a negative I would. I'm very disappointed.

  I love my Pop On Veneers, they have been the answer to my prayers. My natural teeth have been a source of embarrassment to me for many years and being on a fixed income, financially I couldn't have them fixed professionally. The Pop On Veneers were perfect for my budget with the many payment options they give you. However, a year after getting my smile back and feeling confident again something happened that wiped that smile right off of my face. My dog ate my Pop On Veneers. Panicked and not quite knowing what to do, I emailed my Pop On Team and explained what had happened, within minutes I received a reply, "No Problem, just fill out this form and we'll get started making your spares." It was so easy and they had everything they needed on file to duplicate my Pop Ons. Needless to say, I have my smile back and still love everything about my Pop On Veneers.

  After being ashamed of my smile for a number of years, I tried this product and very happy with the results. The instructions were very clear and precise and I received my Veneers a few weeks later. I will definitely be purchasing a few spare Veneers, after my finances improve in the new year.

  A really great experience from start to finish! And I didn't even get it right the first time and they graciously sent me a new kit at no charge. Great people, very helpful and concerned about my fit. I s m very satisfied. Thank you so much!

  I cant say enough about how pleased I am with Pop On Veneers and how they have given me a new sense of Confidence and hope! Working in the non profit world and serving people most of My career often meant I could not afford the dental care I really needed. The product is top shelf!! The staff are in contact daily during the process, its affordable and its truly life changing!! 5 stars !!!!

  So my veneers finally arrived, and they look great - which is they only thing good I can say about this company. I can only wear them for 3-4 hours before I have to take them out because my mouth hurts so bad. Try to eat with them in? No chance...the bottom Veneers immediately pop out. My issue - I ordered them and paid for them in October - the kit came quickly and I made the impressions and sent them back - contacted immediately that they had received them. My package arrived a few days later, but it was packaged so poorly that it was destroyed when they arrived - no Veneers in my package. May have been manhandled by ***** will give them the benefit of the doubt. Contacted them immediately - they apologized, and said they would order a new set of Veneers right away...priority. After 1 week I hadn't heard anything, so I contacted them again. Apparently there was a mistake, and my order wasn't "put in their system". OK. Mistakes happen - another week went by, and I still hadn't heard anything, so contacted them again...they told me that my order had been prioritized, and they were in production. Another week passed, and I contacted them again...I was told to please be patient, they had a huge influx of orders, and it takes 2-4 weeks to produce they Veneers. Another week passed again - I asked for a refund or credit...all I was told was to please be patient again. You would think that they would make my order their first priority since they messed up so badly with their shipping options. Another week passed - this time I had given up, and was told to again be patient...I responded with "This is just getting comical." Finally my Veneers arrive - almost 5 weeks after my empty package arrived. No apology, no credit or refund. While ************ does look amazing (minus the pain that it takes to wear them...I would 100% not recommend this horrible company - the smile is not worth the incredibly bad customer service.

  My story sounds just like the hundreds before me ! Paid and sent in my impressions to receive a mailing stating all is well and expect my new veneers in two weeks. I am now going on week EIGHT with three different emails to their "team". I have never gotten a response other than "thanks for your patience" as they have never addressed my issue or given me a completion date. Frustrating that this "company" preys on people desperate to improve their smile and unfortunately you won't be smiling if you deal with them !!

  Very disappointed in the entire process. At first, the attention to detail was impressive. I followed everything to a tee. The first set was to big and looked ridiculous. They looked like a set you'd order for Halloween. I redid the impressions and the second set was to small. Again, the teeth looked really subpar. They sent me a third kit but what I really wanted was a refund. I was turned down for a refund in an email received by customer service- even though they have a refund policy. So, the refund policy is pretty much false advertising. Now I am out both the veneers and the money invested, Stay away from this company. Complete waste of money and time. I will update if return is received.
