  This is a BIG MISTAKE! This company makes promises and doesn't act on them. I have been waiting since July for a product that's paid for. They sent out my veneers in Sept. which were completely HORRIBLE, they looked fake and were HUGE!. So I returned those and I haven't received anything else. They say another set was sent out but I didn't receive them, so I have been waiting for a set to arrive. They get your money and try to keep it with all these bogus charges, if you ask for a refund. But how can you charge someone for something they don't have?. If I send you $600.00 you should refund me my 3. I understand the fee for the impression kit, but anything else is ridiculous. Then they try to compensate you with a gift card that that is totally USELESS!. I hope a class action suit is started cause this company is a total ripoff

  I absolutely love my new veneers. My natural teeth were ravaged by 5 separate bouts of sepsis and the antibiotics they pumped in me made my teeth rotten and horrible to look at. I would never smile. Under any circumstances. Now I have the confidence to smile again. Thank you all at pop up veneers

  Scam alert!! This company is a joke!! First set they sent didn't work and I asked for a refund. They stated they already started with my second pair and couldn't do that. ***** pair came it they still look like costume prop. People can tell right away they are fake. Now they say they will give me a partial refund. Do not use this company!!!!!!

  I ordered Pop on on veneers and the product unusable. They did not fit and they looked like a Halloween costume. When I try to get the problem resolved they gave me nothing but excuses. It's a total waste of money

  I have been emailing this company for over a week and have not received a response to my emails. All I'm asking for is the status of my order. The phone number given on the website is not allowing you to speak to a live person. I don't know what to do at this point. I have spent $579 on the product and now I'm not receiving a response regarding my order. I feel like I have been scammed.

  I too had issues with receiving my order in a timely manner. I emailed on several occasions to check on the status of my order, as it was past the 2-4 week period. All I received in return were generic emails that failed to address my concerns and how they were "unable" to assist me. I have been pleased with the product thus far. However, if you are considering this company, do your homework!

  Unfortunately I am forced to report the following: I decided after several failed attempts to mold my teeth at home I've decided to cancel and go with another product. The molding process did not come easy. I paid around $600.00 for top and bottom veneers and since I failed at four kits ($49.00 each) they are only going to give me I believe $400 back, but I am not holding my breath for that return amount. It was not made clear to me at the time of purchase this is how their refund policy is. Apparently it's under the Pop On Promise, but under that heading it sounds more like a guarantee you will like the outcome. Moreover, I was forced to do all my correspondence on email and not talk to a live person since their phone number never connected me to anyone. Whether or not this is a good product if you get the impression right I am uncertain - but I was discouraged after several attempts and had no desire to try for a forth time; all they continued to do is offer videos that I found not that helpful. Again, I don't generally like writing negative reviews but I'm frustrated at the process and the return policy. I sincerely hope folks have better luck then I did.

  Unbelievable! They reject every impression kit they send you. Offer you assistance then still reject it. If you ask for a return for a product you paid for but never actually got, they insult you and charge you for every single impression kit they have sent you. They do not consider case by case scenarios, but s**** you every which way from Sunday!! Refunded me $2.49 after I have paid $347 and never got past the initial stage!! I wouldnt dare recommend them at all

  I should have done better research before I wasted my money. **************** is a joke and their return policy is BS. I could have spent a dollar in a vending machine and got teeth of this quality. There are bubbles in the plastic on the top and bottom. They are so loose that they don't even fit the impressions. And they're absurdly huge horse teeth. I can't even close my mouth with them on.
