The top set dont fit, and I let them know zero service after the sale. I was sent an email that said pay ************************ 7 days. It took 9 days. I was supposed to have free expedited shipping and called in after I paid the ************************************************ via text and said they would check and confirm so I could get a refund that never happened. I also called about the insurance I got to cover my veneers and then was sent an email that I could get replacements or additional sets for 99 a piece which is much higher than the insurance cost. Basically I was given options that elevated the cost and was screwed because I decided to order right then and there. I was offered bigger discounts after I ordered and was ignored completely when I tried to get answers to my questions and concerns. I spent close to a 1000 bucks for something that doesnt fit and is basically unusable. It really feels as if they only care about getting their money and not selling a quality product. You cant eat with them and the top ones constantly fall off. I really feel as if this was the worst possible outcome from my purchase.Pop On Veneers

1 starDON'T DO IT!!! Ordered my impression kit on June 14th and it's October 9th, and I still don't have my bottom veneers because every remake has been worse than the last. I was worried I wouldn't be a good candidate and called when I got my first impressions kit, sent photos of my teeth, and had realistic expectations of what I could do with these and what they would look like. They said I was a candidate and I completed my impressions. Huge mistake. Once you send those in, you can be charged for not only the impressions kit, but also the impressions, and many other charges that are outrageous when you consider that this is a company that does NOT deliver a product that is usable for many. The first set slightly pinched and didn't come to the gumline, but they made it seem like it was an easy fix, so I went for the first remake. They even agreed to change the color to the Hollywood White, so I thought it would be no big deal and was excited. I got them and they were horrible. When I had to send pics of them, they asked that I take pics of them on the molds that they send. They cracked when I took them off. They are horrible quality. When they did the second remake, because at this point the fees would have been so much that it would've been pointless to cancel, they sent me teeth that would cut into my gums. They didn't smooth out any rough areas and are completely careless when it comes to quality. They might smile when it comes to customer service, but it really doesn't matter if they're serving you poop on a platter. My current upper arch is unusable and doesn't stay in when I talk. I'm still waiting on a lower arch. I understand they have a Pop On Promise, but there are times in business when a company has to say they were wrong and they should do what is in the best interest of a customer. This company puts money first, which is understandable to a degree, but 4 months later and I'm still waiting for them to deliver? No, there are better, more affordable options.Review fromJason S

They get 1 star because 0 isn't an option. They use cheap plastic for these so-called "veneers", and don't bother with trivialities like making them look real, or ensuring they are symmetrical. They sent me a set with the lower right molar being taller than the left, and even taller than the incisors, their "remake" had BOTH molars taller than the incisors making them unwearsblePop On Veneers

Zero stars. I order 2 sets @ $299 each pop on in error. I only needed 1 set. When I realized and called the next day to correct I couldn't speaking with anyone in finance. **************** consistently tells me nothing they can do it has to go thrdepough finace department. By the way you can't contact only through email. 2 payments were taking out of my account plus the 2 sets of teeth totaling $780 and because the impression on the 1 set I wanted needed to be done over I have nothing!!!!. I have my receipt and tracking I sent them both back and was told because I went to my bank to try and recover the funds and it's consider a charge back your company won't continue with me till you get the 2nd $299 back from me which you did per my bank. Once again I have nothing. I was told by one of your customer service representative "some people do order 2 sets". That was not my intention. I'm so frustrated. I will NEVER recommend anyone to do business with this company. Please return my money to me. I canceled and was told they will send the paperwork for me to cancel.. I'm donePop On Veneers

Unfortunately, once a chargeback has been issued, we are unable to take any action on your account until it has been resolved, including stopping payments. Once the chargeback is filed it can take 120 days or more for the review to be completed by the financial institution. Please note, our email response time is typically within 24 hours. Horrible!! I wish I could give them a red flag not a star. I had 2 remakes done even though I requested a refund from the beginning and now their saying I'm not within the 30 day window to get any refund. Veneers look like Halloween teeth. No way anyone should spend this much money for something they can't even use.Pop On Veneers

A very dissatisfied customer, purchase their products. when I received the product they didn't fit probably so so just a word of advice don't hesitate to get in touch with them if you have any issues. the best they said they could do for me was to offer a 30 percent discount. A terrible waste of money. The warranty is only 30 days. They claim that you can eat with these. They will break in half if you do. And you will be paying on faulty merchandise. Terrible company. pop on smiles was a life saver for me. I had broken off a front tooth, right down the middle, and had a temporary filling in it. It had already fallen out once, and cost me $425 to fix it. The dentist said the next time it fell out I was going to need a crown, which was going to cost over $2,000. Well I didn't want to risk biting into something hard and losing that filling, so when I saw these veneers online, I had to give them a try. I don't wear them all the time, though I could. I mostly wear them when I go out for any reason, but particularly when I eat. They are great!Pop On Veneers
